House sits on an acre lot with beautiful views of Habersham and Broad River. The Broad River bridge boat landing and fishing pier are very close. Private deep-water dock with over 8 feet of water at low tide. Lots of space for families and friends, and tons of great fishing, swimming, and kayaking all around. House sleeps 13 comfortably with brand new Lucid mattresses in every room (3 Kings, 3 Queens, Twin XL, and 2 queen air mattresses). Also, high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house equipped with smart TVs in most rooms. There is a huge yard for activities and a nice screened in porch to relax and watch the sunset and see the flyovers.
