Here comes sister number five at The House of Grace. Take a look at the reviews from guests who stayed at our four other condominiums located on the same property. This unit sleeps up to five people. Sorry, NO pets or SMOKING are permitted at The House of Grace. Like her adorable four sisters, this condo was updated with today’s furnishings while maintaining yesteryear’s charm. The condo has two bedrooms and one full bath. The fully stocked kitchen has the old fashion sink with new white cabinets and granite countertops. The inviting porch offers a cozy and relaxing space to socialize or rest. The private enclosed outdoor shower is great for washing the sand off from the beach. Did we mention,THIS UNIT PROVIDES SHEETS and TOWELS?
We are walking distance to the convention center, boardwalk and beach. If you enjoy great restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream, our location is perfect for you because you are in the midsts of many them. Most guests park their cars and never move it from our property. There’s so much to do within walking distance. Going to the beach? We’ve got you covered because we provide beach chairs too. We do NOT allow smoking/Vaping ANYWHERE on the property. We prefer families. We do not allow young groups, parties, or loud guests. Come make this vacation home yours without the hassle of bringing your own linens.

Wonderful weekend at House of Grace

We stayed at the cottage while in town for the Barefoot Country Music Festival. Grace and Carl are such wonderful, welcoming hosts. The cottage was perfect…clean, comfortable and perfectly maintained. Great House and Wonderful Hosts

Carl and Grace were so great. There was a power outage on the island, and they tried to make sure that we had information updates and anything else we needed during the situation. The house was perfect for my family and me, and we had a wonderful trip at the house.

Great beach vacation in Wildwood NJ!

My family of four had a wonderful time at the beach and it all started at the House of Grace - Unit 1. The house was clean, quiet, comfortable and was in such a wonderful location that everything was right at our fingertips. The beach was a short, pleasant, 3-block walk which was very convenient for afternoons on the sand and for morning yoga classes which were an unexpected surprise! We parked the car when we arrived and hardly moved it during our stay since restaurants, shopping, the beach and the boardwalk were all an easy walk away. The outdoor shower and shared courtyard are great amenities making the house feel bigger than it is and the front porch was a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Everything was well-maintained and was exactly as promised and as pictured. Grace and Carl are fabulous hosts, very friendly and helpful and always quick to respond. It's a great house and we'd be delighted to stay again.

Wonderful home away from home!

My family was looking for a trip to take my two littles, mainly to spend some time on the beach and for a summer vacation before the school year started again. Having been to Wildwood in previous summers, we knew we wanted to find a spot that was walking distance to the beach and to the boardwalk and we got just that in Unit 1 of Grace and Carl's property. Grace was easy to reach and responsive prior to the trip. She even showed up to meet us when we first arrived and give us the lay of the land. Carl stayed in touch with us as well, giving us tips, ie. watching fireworks on Friday night from the porch. Their condo is great for little ones. My kids loved the bunk bed in the room that they stayed in. And we were able to prepare a few quick meals in the condo. Everything is convenient and close by. Uncle Bill's Pancake House is literally steps away and they open at 7am! Mr. D's Pizza was also delicious and within walking distance. There's also a playground a few blocks away. We rarely drove since we tried to walk everywhere! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. My son is already asking when we can go to Ms. Grace's house. I highly recommend!

Quiet location close to all the attractions

It's an older building with some quirky charm, but this place has a LOT going for it. First, the location is *chef's kiss* perfect if you want to stay in a quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from the beach, right in the middle of all the best eateries, and a 10 min walk to the boardwalk shopping and rides. The owners provided us with folding chairs and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a snap. Second, the kitchen is ROOMY and has everything you need to make or reheat meals, with a very new oven, stove top and large microwave. Now, the AC is provided with 3 window units (both bedrooms and kitchen) but you also have ceiling fans in every room which helps circulate the air. You also need to wash the provided linens and towels during your stay, so not quite provided, but we just brought our own so we didn't have to do any laundry during our stay. It helps to bring a couple of extra towels to use on the bathroom floor. No mats are there. You will also want to bring your own paper products such as napkins, facial tissue, paper towels as those are not provided. We were quite ok with all of that. The owners are very friendly and helpful and had great tips on where to eat. We ate so well! If you want to eat at home there are also a few outdoor tables and chairs behind the house with lots of space for the whole family of each unit. We had a wonderful relaxing stay and hope to come again

Exceptional location and beautiful home

We live in New Jersey and drove down for the Barefoot Country Festival in Wildwood. Grace's property was spotless, incredibly comfortable and close to all the action without being in the middle of it. Everything in this unit was brand new and in perfect working condition. We just loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant and Convenient

This cottage is well-kept, clean, comfortable, and convenient to all of the Wildwood/s attractions. Boardwalk, beach, and convention center 3 blocks away. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Laundry down the street. Property manager/owners easy to reach, organized, helpful, and friendly. Definitely recommend.
