Was not advised at any time by the host that the building was being panted with possible stair closures or balcony being obstructed. Not a huge deal but a heads up would have been appreciated. Neighboring doors are very loud when they close. Also requested early check-in but was not allowed in even though the room was ready as we were exploring the property and could see it done.The view was great though and it was awesome to walk over to the Coconut Marketplace for food, shopping and essentials.

As far as early arrival, you may think the condo is ready when walking by but it may not have been inspected for your arrival so we apologize as we can't always accommodate a early arrival. Book this place if you like sleeping to the lull of ocean waves, walking to shops & restaurants. The condo is very clean, comfortable bed, enough space for a couple. The view is gorgeous & seeing monk seals resting right outside the balcony was awesome.

The view from the lanai is spectacular! Our trip was delayed a day because our flight out of DFW was delayed so long we missed the connecting leg to Kauai. The property manager graciously worked with us and pushed our whole stay back a day. We are grateful and impressed by that. Thank you, Cindy. Comfy bed, good location, great view! We had a wonderful stay!

Great view!

The room was excellent, and the view even better. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. I also enjoyed the mindful details, like conveniently located charging ports and bathroom night light.

Great Location

Beautiful and convenient

The view was beautiful and everything was as it looked in photos! The location is very convenient to the rest of the island plus restaurants, coffee shops and stores close enough to walk to. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vibes!

Loved waking up to the surf and the sunrise just by accessing the patio. This convenient spot was close to the coastal tail, many hikes and some great dining options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect Getaway Spot

We are so thankful to have found this perfect little spot for our mother/daughter vacation. Kauai is the most beautiful island, and the views from this condo are breathtaking. It was the perfect setup for 2 people, and we enjoyed our stay very much!
