Good morning ! This 2-bedroom apartment has it all: great location, beautiful decor and high-end comfort!
The apartment
This 2 bedroom apartment has just been completely renovated (August 2018). It will seduce you with its beautiful open kitchen opening onto the living room. It is made up of two bedrooms, each with a shower room and storage space, as well as separate toilets.
The accommodation is very well equipped with air conditioning in each room as well as access to a shared laundry room in the building (washing machine and dryer)
Access
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs.
The neighborhood
The area is lively thanks to the pedestrian streets with shops, bars and restaurants. It is located right next to the Opera. Nearby, you will also find the Sauvenière cinema, a sports hall and the Cité Miroir, an exhibition hall.
We can say that you won't want for anything since, in addition to the small local shops, you are only a few hundred meters from two supermarkets (Delhaize and Carrefour Express).
Transportation
The accommodation is accessible:
by bus: the closest stops are located at Place Saint-Lambert
by train: it is equidistant from Gare Saint-Lambert and Gare Liège-Carré
by car: as it is located in a pedestrian zone, prefer the car parks: Opéra, Neujean, Sauvenière. Regarding cleaning:
For rentals lasting more than 6 months, in addition to end-of-stay cleaning, an additional charge of €60 incl. VAT will be charged.
