Superb 285m2 chalet currently being renovated.
This chalet will be operational in December 2024.
There will be 6 bedrooms and as many bathrooms, a very large living room, two large south-facing terraces, and above all, a luxurious wellness area with swimming pool, sauna and solarium facing the mountains and ski slopes.
In autumn 2023, the ground floor was completely refurbished, with the creation of a 50m2 wellness area featuring a leisure pool (spa and paddling pool for 8 people) and a solarium, in addition to the pre-existing sauna.

In 2024, major work will be carried out between April and early December to completely renovate the two upper floors, including changing the woodwork, creating new windows and reinforcing the thermal insulation. The chalet will offer 4 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms for 3 people. Each bedroom will have its own bathroom. Holidaymakers will be able to enjoy a new games room with table football and 2 extra beds. The chalet will sleep 14 people, or 16 in exceptional circumstances.

The large living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table for 14, and a lounge with a large rounded sofa and a fireplace in the centre.

Once there, park your car and forget about it: Joubarbe is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Chinaillon (300 m), just a few minutes' walk from the morning croissants, or the restaurants and bars that will liven up your evenings.
