Between Sancerre and Chambord, this charming Louis XIII castle is located 200 meters from a pretty village with all the basic necessities and set on a 22-hectare park, this vast 460m2 residence generously welcomes large families and friends.
The old 7500m2 vegetable garden on which is placed a 15x5m2 swimming pool, heated from May 1st to September 15th, is the ideal place for meetings and exchanges with family or friends.
A shaded area is provided for meals, including a barbecue.
Sun loungers are arranged around the swimming pool.
Table tennis is available to guests. The vast space around the swimming pool is suitable for all kinds of games, we invite our visitors to bring their favorite games, badminton, cricket, frisbee, pétanque. For fishermen, the Sauldre, classified in second category, runs along the park for 1km.
The village has a municipal tennis court and a riding club less than a kilometer from the castle.
The village, accessible on foot, offers all food resources, a pharmacy, a doctor, nurses. There are two bars and two good restaurants. An open-air market is held every Sunday morning on the church square.
The surrounding area is full of centers of interest, the sandy beaches designed for children at the Puits pond and its Aquaparc, the Souesmes treetop adventure course, or the Beauval Zoo for the youngest. The marvelous royal castles of the Loire and their activities, Le Clos Lucé and its attractions, the former residence of Vinci, for all audiences. The vineyards of the Loire, Sancerre, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Menetou-Salon, visit to the vineyards and tasting on site for the youngest.

It has five large windows, three overlooking the park, two overlooking the old vegetable garden, an old fireplace. The Bulthaup kitchen is the centerpiece of the room, a farmhouse table comfortably seats twelve guests.

It serves as an annex to the kitchen with its large additional fridge, freezer, and additional storage spaces. It also serves as a laundry room with its washing and drying machine.

It is furnished with two cylinder beds measuring 0.90x2m. It overlooks the park and includes a cupboard for storage.
A 20m2 bedroom
It is equipped with two 1.20x1.90m sleigh beds, it overlooks the park and has cupboards for storage.

On the second floor

This room with its impressive dimensions of 64 m2 and a ceiling height of 6m reveals the impressive framework of the building. One window overlooks the park, another overlooks the swimming pool, two large skylights overlook the roofs. It accommodates a large wardrobe, a small living room and a double bed of 1.40X2.10m.
A 12m2 bedroom
It overlooks the swimming pool and has a 140x200 double bed. It has a rack and a chest of drawers for storing clothes.
