Chalet l'Epicurien - Au calme avec grand jardin

Cocoonr offers this charming 120 m² house in Saint-Martin-Du-Puy (Plainefas), 100 m from the Lac du Chaumeçon, to rent for up to 6 people. It comprises a 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a lovely 7,000 m² plot of land. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 35 m² living room with sofa, dining area and fireplace
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Shower room
- A utility room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Shower room with WC
- Office area with balcony

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, bath and cot (no linen provided).

Outside:
- 7,000 m² of beautiful, private grounds, planted with trees and surrounded by a natural fence (hedges, trees, stones).
- Three terraces of 20 m², 8 m² and 8 m², surrounding the chalet, with furniture to make the most of fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Plainefas (commune of Saint-Martin-Du-Puy), in a very pleasant setting, with a view of the lake. The essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and market are just 10 minutes away.

Activities :
- Numerous hiking trails, mountain bike trails, bike rides, donkey rides, fishing on the lake and on the Chalaux.
- Swimming, canoeing, paddling on the lake, kayaking, rafting, white-water swimming on the Chalaux (500 m away).
- Visits to castles: Guédelon (fortified castle), Vauban at Bazoches-en-Morvan.
- Vézelay, one of France's most beautiful villages and a pilgrimage site on the way to Santiago de Compostela, with its magnificent basilica. A UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- The town of Saulieu, renowned for its gastronomy.
- Other nearby lakes: Les Settons, Pannecière, Le Crescent, St-Agnan.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

- A6 motorway 30 minutes away (Avallon toll booth)
- Nearest train station: Avallon 30 km away (about 35 minutes by car)
You will need a car to fully enjoy the region.

Other remarks :
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic).
- Bed linen is included. Towels and tea towels are not provided.
- The fireplace is functional and the first flambé is free. Additional wood is optional at €15 per wheelbarrow.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors and washing the bed linen. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
