Good rental!

We stayed a couple days while visiting Schlitterbauhn. Everything was good with the house and the space. The only issue we had was we had leave for several hours the day we checked in because the house was so hot. The ac did not turn on until we arrived and it was too hot to stay there. When we returned later it cooled off some, but really it wasn’t until the middle of the night that it was cool throughout the whole house. Honestly this wasn’t a huge deal, but would have been better if the ac kicked on a few hours before guests arriving. All in all we would rent here again!

So much potential

This property had been set up to be so nice, but has not been maintained very well. The back deck steps had nails poking out, dog poop in the yard, sheets in one bedroom that had stains on them, among other things. The property itself was clean and we were thankful for that. I spoke with the property manager about the downstairs tv not working and he eventually quit responding at all to my messages. He said we could use the upstairs tv , which we did, but with two little ones, the downstairs tv would have been helpful while I cooked. Also, the outdoor tv isn’t working. So it’s a clean house but you’re not getting everything as advertised.

Great Home

Great family home. Stayed comfortably with my family and two doodles. Thoroughly enjoyed the back yard with nice patio and tall fence.

Easy location

For an adult family get together in San Antonio, this was a great easy-to-access house with the amenities we needed. The kitchen and dining areas were plenty big for visiting, and the back deck was great in the evening. Another reviewer noted the property could use some updating/tlc..we found that to be true, but it had everything we absolutely needed. The upstairs bedrooms are a bit sparse..and heads up to non-millenials--if you want a top sheet ask in advance! Overall, the property was a good size, location and layout for a wonderful family weekend.

Great floorplan

Traveled with teenagers to enjoy San Antonio. Loved the 2 living areas in this home. It really allowed everyone to have their own space. The location worked well for us. Easy access to the interstate. Would stay again.
