Welcome to the Affinity House in Daphne, Alabama! Light & bright, spacious 4 bedroom home has plenty of room for everyone! Comfortably sleeps 10. Stylish, welcoming interior designed with our guests in mind provides a relaxing retreat for you to enjoy. A lovely screened patio with ample seating is the perfect place to take in our South Alabama nights!

Just minutes from I-10, Mobile Bay & Fairhope & 45 min to the many Gulf Beaches. Easy access to the best the area has to offer!

Plentiful windows and natural light give our spaces a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The modern coastal feel is just the right vibe to endear our guests to the beautiful Eastern Bay area. You'll be reminded that you're just a few minutes from the water and all that it has to offer.

Comfortable gathering spaces, relaxing bedrooms and luxurious memory foam beds, will give you the glorious opportunity to rejuvenate body, mind and spirit.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including some tantalizing spices! To get your mornings off to the perfect start, we offer a full coffee station with both a French Press and a Kuerig and plenty of coffee flavor choices!

Perfect home for Daphne Vacation

The home was perfect for our family vacation! It is well appointed for casual times, making meals, and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the main sunken living room with two comfortable sitting areas, and the kitchen with plenty of dishes, etc. for meals. The home is in a friendly neighborhood and is close to shopping and restaurants. Also, we appreciated the property manager, who was quick to respond to questions and help with a small issue we had. So glad we stayed at this home!

Excellent Host and Wonderful Neighborhood

Pam was super quick with all communications and needs. She was unbelievable fast with a new wonderful stove replacement. All appliances are top notch. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Close to plenty of shopping. We would happily stay here again. WiFi worked great and that is a plus with 3 teenagers.

We loved the place and all my family members who stayed with us raved about the beautiful home and easy access to our location we need to go to. Owner was very helpful for our stay and would stay again. Highly recommend this rental for families to stay.

Gorgeous & spacious

Beautifully furnished & decorated. Spacious enough for my family of 10 people to spread out. Large shaded back yard. Really nice patio. Very quiet neighborhood. Ample parking. Very gracious & helpful host. Absolutely loved our stay!

Great accommodations

Beautiful home with lots of space. We had a wedding to attend in Fairhope. Worked out well for our group of friends. Very nice neighborhood also- enjoyed walking and looking at the homes in the area.

Great house!

We rented this house for the bride and bridesmaids for my daughter's wedding. It was amazing and perfect for pictures. Lots of beds and the owner even brought us coffee when we contacted her that we were out. Highly recommended!

Graduation visit

We traveled to Daphne, Al from Nj and Fl for our daughter’s college graduation. Our group included 2 sets of grandparents and my husband, son and I. The property was perfect for our needs, very spacious, well equipped for our needs, clean and a great location. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked in with us during our stay. The beds were very comfortable! Everything worked out great and allowed us a space to hang out in and celebrate together!

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

This place felt like home from the minute we walked in. We will definitely book this house for any future family gatherings. The owner was very responsive and helpful (I had issues with the lock key system on day one, and she was VERY patient in the resolution).

Wonderful stay!

A group of six friends rented this house for a girls' weekend! House was immaculate, easy to get to and worked very well for our group. We had a slight entry with the smart lock mechanism but ultimately resolved the issue very quickly. House is convenient to restaurants and Fairhope where we attended the Arts & Crafts Festival! We would stay again!!

Visting family for Mardi Gras

Overall very clean, nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. The stove could use an update and the skillets need to be replaced. It would have been nice to have mirrors in the two smaller bedrooms, as well as TVs.

It was very clean. The back door was unlocked when we arrived that was a concern. Wi-Fi needs updating!! We work while we are gone and had a very difficult time getting any service. Also had a problem with sending key to any other people staying in house but we made it work.

Great Home

My family if 5 stayed at the property for a quick a trip to Mobile for my nephews wedding. The pics were accurate. The home is situated in a very nice golf cart friendly neighborhood. The home itself was extremely clean. We have a baby that crawls and the floors were immaculate. Thank you!!! Kitchen was stocked well too. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly. My only feedback was the sending of access to the front door lock. I never received the text message, even when it was resent, but I was able to gain access from downloading the appropriate app. If we were to visit that area again, we would stay there! Thank you.

Our Square Dance Square

Eight friends visiting Mobile for a square dance convention. Four days and three nights and we are in our 60's to 70's. The home was perfect for hanging out in the morning or other times to play some games and watch a little TV. Very well stocked with necessary items, towels, coffee, all the kitchen utensils and etc. Our dining room light went out and the host immediately had it fixed that day. A third bathroom, would have been nice but we managed with the two just fine. Beds were very comfortable, we all slept very well, as long as those still awake kept their laughter down. Easily parked our 4 vehicles and it's a very nice area with lots of amenities nearby. Our only other guest suggestion was if a living room light dimmer could be installed. Would definitely use again.

Beautiful Home!

We stayed at this beautiful home while in town for a wedding. We had two families, all adults, that wanted a place big enough for the nine of us to gather, having not only bed/bedroom space but also a comfortable common area. This house in Daphne was perfect! The family room had plenty of seating, was nicely decorated, and had a good size TV. We even used some of the games that were available. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware. There was even a large selection of coffees available. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was even kind enough to share with me the information on the mattresses. There are only two bathroom which going in was a little worrisome since we had a group of nine, but with a little time management it was not a problem. Plenty of towels and select toiletries are provided. The owner, PamElle, was very kind and was responsive to all my questions. She answered my emails and text messages quickly and thoroughly. She also provided a helpful guidebook located inside the house with places of interest and information about the house. I would certainly recommend this house for anyone visiting the area.

Wedding party guests and family

We stayed at this property for the weekend of my daughter's wedding. We booked this home because it was close to the wedding venue. Our family, my daughter and her 6 bridesmaids stayed in the home during the weekend. It had plenty of space for everyone. There was an abundance of towels and wash cloths, and everything was clean and just as it was shown in the pictures. The neighbor was friendly, and we had no issues. We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect place to be before and after such a huge day for us. I would recommend this property to anyone with a larger party that needs the room. We really enjoyed the closed in porch in the back too!
