Gîte 4 people in Ligré – Centre-Val de Loire Region

It is in an old barn recently renovated with a view of the village of LIGRE, that you can enjoy the calm of the countryside.
Ideal location to discover the Touraine region with its many riches (castles, vineyards, troglodyte dwellings, museums, ...) near the Loire, the Vienne and the Indre ..., and without forgetting the local gastronomy (rillons, goat's cheese "sainte maure", truffle, wine ...).
This cottage is composed on the first floor of a large fully equipped and bright living room giving access to 2 terraces, its fenced garden, and the parking in the courtyard of the cottage.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom with WC + 1 landing converted into a reading corner.
This cottage is located 10 km from the shops of the medieval town of Chinon and 15 km from the town of Richelieu, remarkable for its architecture.
You can also cycle or walk from Ligré to Chinon or Richelieu using "la voie verte", a track linking Chinon to Richelieu.
The owners live on site but the house and the cottage are independent.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful surrounding

We loved our stay, the owners are very friendly and helpful by making al kinds guides for tourist information. It was a good accommodation for our family and we enjoyed staying here and would recommend it for others as well.

Relaxing Loire Valley Stay

The vacation apartment is in the beautiful countryside outside Chinon France. The location is great for visiting the many Chateaux, Castles, and wineries in the area. Wonderful grocery stores are nearby so you can stock up on the wonderful French food items. We especially enjoyed the relaxing patio on sunny days. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We greatly enjoyed the vacation apartment and would recommend it highly to other travelers.

Gite le Verger Ensoleillé is perfectly located for a visit to the Loire valley. The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The two terraces give plenty of space for enjoying the fresh air. Eric and Florence are great host providing lots of good recommendations and information. Will certainly return and would highly recommend.

Superb!

The Verger Ensoleillé is a beautifully converted and renovated barn and it is absolutely immaculate. It lacks for nothing (and has to have the best designed kitchen space of any holiday let we've ever stayed in). Perfectly located in a gentle landscape, it's a stone's throw from Chinon and a great base from which to explore Angers, Saumur & Tours, as well as numerous delightful villages. Eric & Florence - you are the perfect hosts - thank you 🤗! We had a wonderful time and would very much recommend this little gem.

Le gîte est moderne, très propre et agréable, les propriétaires Eric et Florence ont fait un magnifique modernisation, ils sont très sympa, toujours là en cas de problèmes. Nous avons reçu plusieurs petits cadeaux spéciales pendant nos vacances. La cuisine, les chambres,la salle de bain, parfait! Nous avions choisi ce gîte pour le calme, et bien : le calme et la tranquillité à 100 %! En même temps, ce n'est pas loin des magasins et la ville splendide de Chinon, une meirveille! Pleins de bijoux pas loin non plus, des chateaux, des randonnees en nature,des villages magnifiques...Eric et Florence donnent tout les info ! Vraiment à recommender!

Gite facile à trouver , accueil simple et sympathique avec une gentille attention de bienvenue à notre arrivée . Cette petite maison est tout à fait adaptée à un couple et deux enfants . L'équipement , la vaisselle , la cuisine et salle de bain sont tout à fait adaptés et d'une grande propreté .Merci à Florence et à Eric de nous avoir bien préparé ce logis et pour leur accueil .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Eric et avons été accueilli chaleureusement par celui-ci et sa femme. Le gîte est propre est bien équipé. Il est également bien situé par rapport aux lieux d'intérêts de la région et cela sans faire trop de route. La localisation au sein de Ligré est calme et dépaysante. Le gîte est aussi bien adaptée pour une étape de quelques jours qu'à des plus longs séjours pour visiter la région.

Super séjour, je conseille !

On a super bien été accueilli ! Le gîte est dans un état impeccable, très propre, literie très confortable également et une très bonne localisation pour les châteaux. Et pour les amateurs de jogging matinal les alentours s’y prêtent très bien aussi, vous pouvez même avoir l’objectif d’aller voir le château de Riveau.Je conseille vraiment ce logement :)
