Clean and elegant, this condo features a seaside theme that feels elevated but still family-friendly. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool inside. Enjoy a wonderful view of the ocean, shared pool, and wider community from your own private furnished balcony. The lovingly decorated full kitchen features a French door fridge and a breakfast bar that seats two guests. Of course, in addition to everything at this condo, guests can enjoy access to two shared pools (one heated seasonally), a seasonal snack shack, a shared outdoor shower, and a shared fitness room during their stay.

Perfect condo for beach weekend

Immediately upon arriving, we were impressed with the property. The check in process was a breeze and the condo was spotless. It was perfect place to stay for a weekend away and was exactly as advertised. The guest room was perfect for our 3 year old and primary suite had plenty of space for myself and my husband. While it was a little too chilly for the large pool, the second heated pool was great. The proximity to the beach and small playground were perfect! I absolutely would rent here again!

Nothing short of amazing!

Quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Condo was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and everyone was friendly! Definitely recommend for a family vacation!

The views were incredible. Nice property. The bunk bed set in the guest were way too big and made it hard to get in and out, even for our girls. The couch was extremely uncomfortable as was the master bed.

Great location

This was a great location! Beach access was easy (5 minute walk) as was the restaurant and candy shop! The condo was very clean and nice however, the beds were uncomfortable and so was the couch. Probably just time for a few upgrades! Other than that we all really enjoyed it!

Family Vacation

The view was amazing…. Easy access to the beach…. The home was equipped with everything you need…. Cons the elevators kept going out and it forced everyone to use one elevator and the couch and the living room area needs to be replaced immediately

Nice unit

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The only downfall is the mattress in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable. We love that the head security gentleman has been there for years and felt comfortable allowing our teenage girls to venture around by themselves.

Greatest Place Ever

I really enjoyed every aspect of my stay. From the carts to ease the burden of loading and unloading the car, to the elevators that move at lightening speed. The place was well kept with modern amenities. Very meticulously furnished. Everything was just so. They owner thought of everything and I can't express my gratitude enough. Great location and resort

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. The condo was nice. The mattress on the king bed needs to be replaced. The mattress on the bottom bunk needs to be replaced. We loved the views. The property has an ice machine on the bottom of the parking area which was great. Unfortunately the elevators were a huge problem. Only two out of three were working, but even one of those were hit or miss. This made checking in with luggage a hassle. The grilling area beside the pool was a nice feature. We will stay here again.

Great except Furniture

The Sterling Shores property is pretty and this unit was nice except for a couple of things: *the sofa, chair and beds were not comfortable *the living room furniture and rug was worn and dirty; needs to be replaced. I covered them with extra sheets, icky. *the bunk beds in second bedroom were rickety *shower curtains and liners need to be replaced *sometimes the elevators didn’t work. I will return but will likely rent a different unit. The pool, area around the pool and beach access is beautiful!

Great place for a family of 4

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of two adults and 2 kids ages 11 & 7. The kids loved the bunkbeds and their own bathroom. The king size in the Master was nice for my 6’8” husband and I. The refrigerator was not working but they put in a smaller fridge to use until it gets replaced. I would recommend calling to see if it’s been replaced yet before you buy groceries as the smaller fridge was only able to hold all our drinks and a few snacks. The view of the pool and ocean were amazing. There is not a large table and chairs for eating on the balcony like the photos suggest but there is seating and I spent several night sitting on the balcony enjoying the sights, smells and sounds of the sea. Overall, we loved this condo and would recommend it to others. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect view

This condo was very nice. The 8th floor view was perfect.. My only complaints are the area rug was filthy. We actually rolled it up during our stay. The 2nd bedroom had an odd smell as well as the washer. One bathroom door handle was broken which maintenance came to fix during the middle of our stay. Overall was cleaned well and was everything we needed. There were only 5 pool bracelets upon arrival which I did not realize until day 3. I thought I was crazy but we only took out 3 and wore them the whole time. I wasn’t going to bother arguing it.. that’s the last thing I cared about on a vacation. The walk to beach was short and had its own enterance and another pool across the street which was nice. Was hoping the pools were heated but definitely were freezing so we didn’t get to swim as it was a cool week. We ended up leaving a day early due to my daughter getting very sick, I messaged the number for checkout as directed but they still emailed me the next day to check out. The back porch restaurant was right behind us and was great! We ate there twice. Overall I would book here again.

Updated condo on the beach

Nice property with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Large balcony, great for outdoor dining and watching the ocean. Nice size for a family of four. Would recommmend.
