**SNOWBIRD SPECIAL AVAILABLE - PLEASE INQUIRE **

Beautiful Santa Fe style condo located in a lakefront resort with breathtaking views of the mountains. Quiet corner suite with two bedrooms and 1 full bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, AC, spacious living area and private patio with BBQ. The condo has two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom, and one with a bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top). Spend the day relaxing at the pool, hot tub or at Osoyoos lake with a private beach area for guests. Boat moorage is available on a first come/first serve basis and needs to be booked separately. Boat rental companies available nearby. Casa Del Mila Oro, is centrally located near world-renowned wineries and restaurants, golf courses, hiking, skiing (Mt. Baldy) and a five minute drive to the U.S. Border (Oroville).

No smoking, no pets and no parties. Check in 4PM and check out 10AM. There will be a $50/hour late fee for any checkout after 10AM.

Oasis By The Lake

Clean and cozy and close to the lake. We enjoyed our stay there as a family. The only negative was the skylight in the second bedroom was really bright too early in the morning.

Property was so clean and the host was lovely to communicate with! Private beach was within walking distance and everything else is minutes away! Would highly recommend staying here

Lovely complex located in great area. Host was great communicator, but there was a problem with the pocket door between the master bedroom and the bathroom being broken

Overall, a great place to stay and very good value for money. The place was very clean and well cared for. Comfortable beds and pillows. The owner has included many nice little touches such as providing salt/pepper, sugar, and more. The owner was responsive and took care of one minor issue right away. If you are considering booking this, you should know about a few things: 1. This property is right across from the beach; however, this particular unit is at the back of the property, so there is no view and almost no direct sunshine. 2. There is a new building being constructed right next door, and there is some noise. However, I'm guessing this will be finished by end of 2023. 3. The owner has outfitted the unit with the things mentioned above, but why not also provide some shampoo and body wash/soap for the shower? 4. At the end of your stay, you will be required to put in a load of all used towels in the washer and also haul your garbage and recyclables to the bin at the end of the parking lot. None of these things really bothered us much, and because the nightly fee is a reasonable price, they are easy things to trade off. But, in the interest of trying to be helpful to others, we just thought we would mention them so there are no surprises.

Great location!

We loved the location, walking/cycling path takes you to amenities. The condo was nice and well equipped but it needs a good cleaning!!!! Ring in tub at foot level. Kitchen sink was a bit crusty and my feet stuck to the floor, I wonder if its ever been washed! The suite is currently right beside construction however that won't last.

Osoyoos get a way

The size of the unit was good. The outdoor space was small, tight for two people to eat outside and no view. The outdoor hot tub was under repair and being Jack hammered to fix. Check in code did not work and needed to track down an on site manager to let us in which she kindly did, although not really her responsibility.

Unable to enter unit but otherwise good

Thank goodness we arrived middle of afternoon because the entry code we were given did not work and we had to rely on the complex's overall office manager to let us into our unit with the master code. After that, our stay was good. Perhaps the unit's description should mention that there is no view of the water or of anything except walls of other buildings, including one that is under construction

The suite had elm bugs which are harmless, but the owner didn’t tell us before we arrived to see them down the hallway. Once we knew, we stayed at the place without concern. The location of the property is nice.

Condo near the beach

Despite an initial minor challenge ( code to unlock door didn't work- housekeepr neglectected to change code), we had an enjoyable break at this condo. There are a couple of items that need attention- missing lightbulbs, and no lamp on one of the end tables in the living room, but they are minor. I also think when you are charging the same price or more than a nearby hotel room, the owner could provide at least one travel or guest size bar of soap for the shower. They are easily purchased in bulk on Amazon. The condo was great and having their own private beach across the street was a terrific option when the pool area was crowded. The owner does need to update their information. The strata does not require private renters to check in (or obviously out) so we wasted a considerable amount of time trying to catch someone in the office to check in, obtain the required car pass and bracelets, which turned out to be totally unnecessary.

Osoyoos Getaway

We stayed at this condo on the September long weekend and it was very clean and well set-up for our stay. We suggested adding bar soap. We loved the private grass/beach area right across the street and used the dock for easy boat pick up. We liked being within walking distance to a local coffee shop and rattlesnake canyon. Rated a 4 for check in process only because we had trouble with the door lock code but the property manager onsite was immediately responsive. Great price point for our stay.

Awesome time

Excellent location and very clean when we showed up. Nothing that affected us but host was easy and quick to communicate in case anything came up. Pool and lake - nothing more you can ask for.

We finally pulled the plug and purchased this property after years of vacationing at this exact resort. My husband and I are both full-time nurses; specializing in psychiatry and medicine.

We love travelling, relaxing on the lake, drinking wine, hosting parties and events, gardening and finding new board games to enjoy with our friends and family.

When we aren't travelling we are spending our free time visiting the Okanagan. We look forward to hosting you in our beautiful condo!
