This is a great space with lots of room. The views from the balcony are amazing, and the unit is located very close to the pool.

Nice place…very roomy. The top bunk isn’t really usable since it’s so close to the ceiling and found the room a bit dark since the top bunk covers the bedroom light. The proximity to town and the lake is wonderful.

The complex was nice with amenities (pool/hot tub) and beach access nearby. The unit was spacious and met our requirements comfortably. The host was responsive in terms of communications, however action was not taken. The unit itself has some issues, such as rangehood fan not working, & the upstairs bathroom sink loosely mounted. There were also issues re broken chairs in dining area and bar stools with loose or missing screws, making them a bit unsafe. Some supplies could be more plentiful such as additional towels, more than two coffee pods, and the addition of a regular coffee machine as a suggestion. With the foregoing items attended to, we would consider booking the unit again.

Review

The property was clean and tidy. The AC unit was right beside the master bedroom, expect noise when you sleep. We were on the last leg of our trip, hoping to do some laundry, and the dryer was "out of order" a bit disappointing. Other than that the manager was easy to communicate with, the place was clean and tidy! Thanks!

Just okay for us

The place has worked well size wise for our family. It was not very clean and the AC was finicky (very cold in the bedrooms area and hot on the main floor), so we ended up turning it off — luckily we visited at the end of the summer, so this wasn’t an issue. The place, especially bedrooms and washrooms, could use some touch ups as they are a bit dated. The communication with our contact has been great up to a point, then it stopped. We asked for dishwasher and washer detergent, which were provided upon request. We also asked for an early checkin and was accommodated, so that was nice! The access to the lake is not very convenient and there is no sandy beach nearby. The pool available on the property is nice but small. We enjoyed our stay as we wanted to be able to spend time as a family more than we were interested in having convening access to the lake, otherwise we would have been disappointed. Overall, a good experience.

Overall I was very happy with the place. There was an issue with the AC, which I made the host aware of and they were responsive in trying to find someone to address it. There are a few small maintenance items that need to be addresses as well, but nothing major. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, compared to some others that I've stayed in. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and linens. The top of the bunk bed is really only usable by small children. Having three bathrooms is nice too. The location is decent; not near a beach so it's quieter outside and a small sandy beach is a short walk away. If you want a larger beach it's a 5 minute drive. The pool and hot tub are nice and generally not busy. There's designated parking for a single vehicle, but additional parking in the guest parking area is first come first serve and always had spots available.The check-out rules are good, nothing out of the ordinary. I would stay here again.
