In the heart of the Brie region, come and stay in our house just a stone's throw from the Crècy forest.
ACCOMMODATION:
Our large 150m2 house is located in the charming village of La Houssaye-en-Brie in Seine-et-Marne, just 20km from Disneyland and 45km from Paris Centre.
Surrounded by a large enclosed garden (+1000m2) planted with trees, our house is ideal for relaxing with family or friends in the countryside, while remaining close to all the necessary amenities.
A large, beautiful terrace adjoining the house (+100m2) is entirely reserved for you to enjoy the fine weather in complete privacy.
You will have access to the entire property just for you.
BEDROOMS:
The 4 independent bedrooms offer a total of 14 beds and will provide you with comfort and rest during your stay.
The 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed for 2 people
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed
Finally, the living room has a sofa bed for 2 people, with a real comfortable mattress.
Bed linen is included in the rental price. When you arrive, the beds will be made up with clean sheets.
However, towels are not included in the rental price. They are available for hire on request at a cost of €5 each.
BATHROOM:
The accommodation has 2 bathrooms.
One is on the ground floor and has a double washbasin and shower. A hairdryer is also provided free of charge.
The second bathroom is on the first floor and is equipped with a vanity unit and a large bathtub.
THE LIVING ROOM:
The 45 m2 lounge is the perfect place to get together and share convivial moments.
It is equipped with a 55-inch television, an integrated sound system (Bluetooth connection) and LED mood lights (Bluetooth connection by downloading a free mobile app) available free of charge.
A large dining table is available to seat up to 10 people comfortably and a maximum of 12 people (4 extra chairs are available). A high table and 4 high chairs are also available for additional seating.
GARAGE:
In the garage, you'll find a relaxation area with table football and a dart board. Expect to take part in lively tournaments.
THE GARDEN:
From the living room you can access a large, floodlit terrace of over 100 m2, complete with a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided) and two large garden tables, ideal for enjoying a meal al fresco. Sun loungers are also available for relaxing in the sun.
THE KITCHEN:
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob (4 rings), oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (standard capsules required), fridge and dishwasher.
You will also have access to the garage where you will find a table football, a dart board and a spare fridge.
We provide all the crockery and cutlery required for 14 people (plates, bowls, wine glasses, champagne flutes, etc.).
LAUNDRY:
A laundry room equipped with a 10kg washing machine (washing powder not supplied) and a 10kg tumble dryer is available on request.
INTERNET
The house is equipped with ORANGE fibre.
OCCUPATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
The accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside the accommodation. Ashtrays are available.
The accommodation is designed for 14 people. For more than 14 people, please ask us before booking.
Possibility of organising a birthday party, EVG, EVJF, or small quiet family gathering within the limit of the number of people authorised and in strict compliance with the rules described in the house rules. Please read the house rules carefully before booking.
For longer stays (business, company, workers or family trips), contact us to benefit from an attractive rate.
ARRIVAL:
We make every effort to ensure that the accommodation booked is available as soon as possible and no later than 5.00 pm. Earlier arrivals are subject to availability.
DEPARTURE :
Check-out every day : 11.00 am at the latest.
Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, you will be asked to follow all the departure instructions described in the house rules. Please read the house rules carefully before booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each reservation, a security deposit of €1,000 is required from the tenant by bank transfer (amount not debited, which does not affect the bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
This sum will be released after your departure, except for the deduction of the amount of a ‘cleaning supplement’, any damage caused or any breach of the house rules.
TRAVELLER'S CONSUMABLES
During your stay with us, we will provide you with the following on arrival:
- Toilet paper
- Sponge and washing-up liquid
- Dishwasher detergent
- Hand soap
- Cleaning equipment
Please note that we do not restock during your stay.
The following items are not included in the rental price:
- Shower gel/shampoo/after-shampoo
- Towel (Or optional at €5 each)
- Coal & firelighters
- Washing powder, fabric softener
CLEANING:
A ‘standard’ cleaning charge is included in the rental price. Before your stay, the accommodation will have been cleaned and checked.
The cleaning service provided prior to your arrival in the accommodation includes cleaning the accommodation, cleaning the household linen, making up the beds, providing travel consumables and checking the accommodation in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Before you leave, we will ask you to return the accommodation to us in a clean and tidy condition.
We will provide you with all the equipment you need to clean the accommodation so that you can return it to us in a clean and tidy condition.
PARKING
It is possible to park several vehicles inside the property and others at the end of the road where the house is located.
PETS
Pets are accepted free of charge, provided they are
- they are clean
- they do not damage the accommodation
- they are not allowed on the beds or sofas
- you pick up after them.
Dangerous animals are not allowed.
TRANSPORT ACCESS:
Chessy-Marne-La-Vallée TGV station 20 minutes away by car.
Tournan en Brie station 10 minutes away by car (Line P or RER E).
Marles-en-Brie station 5 minutes by car (Line P)

Peaceful village with 1500 inhabitants.
We are situated at the end of the village in a very quiet lane bordered by fields and forest.
In the centre of the village, there is a bakery, a restaurant, a grocery shop and a chocolate shop, all within 1 km of the house, i.e. a ten-minute walk.
Numerous supermarkets (Leclerc, Carrefour, Intermarché) are available in neighbouring towns (Fontenay-Trésigny and Tournan-en-brie), which are only a 10-minute drive away.
NOTES:
The property is equipped with a video surveillance system that films and records only the outside areas, specifically the accesses to the property. The inside of the property is not equipped with a video surveillance system in order to respect your privacy.
