Typical Amiens house located in the city center of Amiens in the heart of the St Pierre district.



Ideally located for visiting Amiens on foot.



2 minutes from Saint Pierre park, 10 minutes from the citadel, the cathedral, the historic Saint Leu district, the hortillons, 15 minutes from the pedestrian zone and the train station.



Perfect for a short business or tourist stay.



The 45m² house is composed of:
- a living room equipped with a TV and a retro PSX console with a dining area
- a kitchen equipped with induction hob, mobile stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, percolator, kettle, toaster, crockery and everything you need for cooking.
- a bathroom located on the landing of the 1st floor
- a separate toilet on the ground floor
- a small bedroom on the 1st floor comprising a 90x200 single bed and an extra 90x190 trundle bed or a 60x120 travel cot with folding mattress for baby
- a large bedroom on the 2nd floor comprising a 140x190 double bed and a 70x140 cot for babies with mattress.



Perfect for hosting a family with 2 children.



When you arrive, the beds are made and the accommodation is clean!



All household linen is provided: mattress protectors, sheets, duvets, towels, tea towels, etc.

This is in a great location. All things that make Amiens beautiful are about a 10-20 minute walk away. There was paid on street parking - about 25 Euro per day. There was free parking in St Pierre park that was amazing - about 3 blocks away.The flat has VERY steep stairs and would not be great for little kids or anyone with mobility issues. The toilet is off the tiny kitchen and has a very strong sewer smell that made our stay not ideal.On the 2nd floor is a shower space and sink separated by a curtain. Also, a small bedroom with two single beds that were comfortable.Up another set of very steep stairs on the top 3rd floor was a double bed. No security or railing around the opening of the stairs.The check in and check out process was good.
