Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering for rent, in Ile-Rousse, this charming 59 m² air-conditioned flat with mountain view and small sea view, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, micro-waves, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A 10 m² terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: L'île-Rousse train station, about 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport, about 20 min by car / Bastia Poretta airport, about 1h10 by car

- A charging point for electric cars is available in the residence.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

Parking en face (grand Pius pour ceux qui ont une voiture)les Climatiseurs fonctionnent parfaitement. Bonne vaisselle, verres, etc. Très sympathique, qui nous a logés, a fait un peu flexible nos heures de règlement. Bon café à proximité, où ils préparent quelques types de salades et de pâtisseries, délicieux. 🙁 Sur ce point, les avantages sont terminés. Pas de plages à proximité. Aller plus de 1,5 km.... Revenir à la montagne. Sans voiture et avec des valises dans cet appartement, il n'y a rien à faire. La publicité induit les gens en erreur.Il était triste que pendant 5 jours nous n'ayons pas eu accès à WF, nous avons reçu un mot de passe erroné. Il est difficile d'appeler un taxi, vous devez le faire à l'avance. Emplacement uniquement pour ceux qui ont une voiture."

Serena The apartment is located in a brand-new residential complex. It is clean, well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It is mostly surrounded by asphalt and concrete, but you can visit beautiful places by car. The apartment comes with its own parking space, and the supermarket can be reached in a few minutes. There was no problem with communication.

Serena "Nous avons été accueillit par le concierge de l'immeuble qui est très accueillant. Nous avons passés un excellent sejour dans ce très bel appartement neuf, propre et bien équipé. Literie bonne et très ferme. Jolie terrasse mais pas évident de manger dehors avec le bruit de la rue. Par contre, une fois a l intérieur, on entend aucun bruit. Manque peut etre un micro-ondes. Je recommande les yeux fermés."
