Charming Lake Hartwell Lakefront Home

New rental located in a quiet cove on Lake Hartwell just 10 minutes off of I-85 at exit 173 in Georgia. Our coastal retreat is perfect for a relaxing family get away, girl’s weekend or guys fishing trip. It is a beautifully decorated serene 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home that sleeps 8 with two separate living areas. Main level has an open floor plan with great lake views. The master suite with private bath is also located on main level. The downstairs living space is equipped with a full refrigerator, coffee station, microwave and beverage cooler. Home has a large deck spanning the entire length and side of home. The backyard is on a flat lot with a wide cement path for easy access to private dock and boat slip. Enjoy swimming, fishing, paddle boat, two kayak's, and hammocks. Also enjoy the brand new firepit area with 8 large Adirondack chairs for a comfy night around the campfire. Lots of space to relax, grill out and enjoy the views with tons of lounge seating, and large outdoor dining table that easily accommodates 8. Additional charming lower-level covered porch with additional seating and beautiful view of lake. Also, bring up to two dogs for additional $150 fee ( please select “Pet” in Guest section during booking process). Ring doorbell camera located at front door.

We rented this property for a weekend and had a great stay! The house is neat, clean, and decorated nicely with a cozy feel. They even left a s’mores kit for the fire pit. They have inner tubes and kayaks for the lake and games for inside. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House & Location

Our family of 4 stayed & small dog stayed here. We were looking for ax lake house that had some lake toys so this was perfect. The neighbors were friendly & the lake had just the right amount of activity on it. The fish were finicky, but we did catch a few each day. The house was clean & well laid out. The wifi is spotty in several spotsc throughout house so if trying to work did the strong spots w/in the house.

Perfect place! The house was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing in the cove. The marina for the pontoon rental was close by and we enjoyed a day boating with friends. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Lake Stay

We had a great time at this property! The house was nice, clean, and well stocked. The beds, linens, and pillows were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the dock and the other outdoor seating areas as well.

They thought of everything

This was the best location, close to Harbor Light Marina where we had a boat rental. The property had a bathroom right when you walked in, great for emergencies! The master had a magnifying mirror, which I always forget! The dock was great for fishing and so many perks like the paddle boat and kayaks and extra life vests! There was a technical glitch with VRBO and the owners were great at helping me get everything squared away since we couldn't get into the reservation. We played lots of games which still had all their pieces! We'll totally stay again, it was just perfect!

Great stay

Great place to stay. Kitchen had everything we needed, great back deck. Dock was also nice and a covered slot for the boat was an extra bonus. Would stay here again.

Excellent vacation rental

We had a very nice time at the property. We utilized a kayak and the dock for our pontoon boat rental. They were very close to house which made for easy access. We loved that the house had two separate living areas

Fall Family Lake Trip

We had such a fun stay at this property. Not only was the property very clean but there were many thoughtful details that we very much appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked and loved having the set up of body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the both of the showers. There was plenty of outside areas to enjoy including a fire pit with wood ready to use and of course lake access with a dock. If our travels bring us to Harwell again we would definitely consider coming back.

Lake Hartwell Getaway

The house was really cute and we loved the layout. The beds were super comfortable and we loved looking out at the lake and all the beautiful hummingbirds on the feeders. Even though it was a quick trip for us we would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would come back if we had the opportunity!

Best stay in Hartwell

Our family has been staying on Lk Hartwell for the past 4 years and this was the best location so far. House was clean and spacious and was in a fantastic location. Great fishing nearby, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors (and dogs), and proximity to downtown Lavonia and Hartwell made it convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Lake House

This is a lovely home in a quiet cove. The house is clean and well maintained. The hosts are great; helpful but not intrusive. The cove and covered dock is great for folks wanting to bring their boat. Nice location and close to Tugaloo State park to launch your boat. This was our second year staying at this home and will likely be back next year.

Amazing loved it

We are VRBO veterans and usually you get exactly what you expect but this property exceeded any expectations we had. It was clean, incredibly organized, and had many extras. It is designed for the vacationer and had many extras. You can tell the owner has thought of everything. There was only three of us but it easily could accommodate a large group. I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Outstanding property!

Very clean and well appointed. Location is close to boat ramp, state park, grocery store, and interstate. Quiet cove and dock was very easy to use. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful stay. Can’t say enough.

Peaceful & Comfortable

Comfortable and spacious lake house that was well equipped in every way. The lake access was wonderful and close enough to shopping and restaurants in Lavonia if you wanted to leave (we didn’t!). Our hosts were wonderful. The lake water was relatively clear and good temp for a hot July!

Perfect Lakehouse!

Second time staying here, and it was wonderful yet again! The location is amazing on a quiet, wooded cove. The house has absolutely everything you could possibly need- well stocked kitchen/bathrooms, beach towels, board games, cornhole, firewood, kayaks, paddle boat, life jackets, and lake floats of all shapes and sizes! I couldn't recommend this place more highly. It's absolutely perfect and we'll be back!

Holiday weekend

Wonderful property, accurate listing, newly redone, very clean. The property is well stocked and the kids enjoyed the complimentary s’mores. We would definitely come back in the future.
