At just a ONE mile walk, 406 Cherokee is nestled right off the historic Oxford Square! Additionally, it is a 1.5 mile walk to The Grove/ Ole Miss football stadium. This home features a 4 BD/2.5 bath layout with plenty of room for entertaining, and it sleeps 9 guests comfortably. The screened in back porch is cozy and offers a great atmosphere to watch a ballgame or to socialize before and after a local Ole Miss Rebels football game! Guests can easily walk to the Square for phenomenal dining and shopping, but it is also a quick and easy pick up/transport if choosing to use Uber.

We couldn’t have loved the place more!! Clean and spacious and perfect for a football weekend. Super easy walk home from the square but far enough away that there were no crowds or traffic noise to deal with. Would absolutely stay again!!

Oxford Graduation Weekend

After having two previous properties cancel their listings due to selling property and other we were so excited to find this home for graduation weekend. Jamie was excellent to work with and the house was lovely. The reason I gave four stars for location is that you can walk to the square but it’s a long one and has hills. It’s not super convenient.

Perfect Game Day location!

What a wonderful time we had this weekend in Oxford! The home had all the amenities we could ever want! We felt like we were right at home. Plenty of room for us all plus lots of entertaining space. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with! We never walked - but was a short drive to the Square and to the Grove.

Clean home. Walkable to The Square.

Three night stay over a big SEC game weekend. Just a hair under a mile walk to the Courthouse steps. Clean home. Jamie reached out a couple days prior to our stay as well as on the day of arrival to ensure all was okay and we were taken care of. Would absolutely book their home again.

Great home near Oxford Square

This beautiful home served as a great place to have a casual, Friday night pregame family patio cookout and to unwind after driving in. Everything we needed was available for pre and post game meal prep and cook: We didn’t have a need to get caught in the game weekend restaurant overcrowding. The dining room is centrally set between the kitchen and living area and has a nice ambience for dinner and conversation as-well-as pregame last minute crafting of tailgate decorations. The dining room French doors open to provide a full view of the large TV, ballgames, and to join in the family conversations taking pave in the den. There were two great bedrooms upstairs and another den with a sofa where my 6’3” adult son slept comfortably. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed with soft comfy linens. The bath has a shower and separate soaking tub, which was perfect for post-Grove relax and unwind time. I also like that there was a porch swing, along with having the den separate from another semi-formal living area. Our adult kids walked to the square and back with no issues. It’s a lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood. We truly appreciate Jamie’s hospitality and easy check in + check out process. We would definitely stay here again. As a plus, our daughter became engaged over the weekend, so this home will have special forever memories for our family as well as the groom’s parents. We had a fabulous weekend.
