Recently upgraded home in Columbia Village neighborhood of Boise with three bedrooms, den, and two baths. Walking distance to Simplot Sports Park and easy access to Micron campus, downtown, Boise State University, and Lucky Peak Recreation area. Primary bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet, the other two bedrooms have a queen bed and two twins. Open floor plan with breakfast counter and dining table. Comfortable, spacious living room includes a gas fireplace. Large fenced back yard with a dining table and barbeque on covered patio. Enclosed garage on a quiet cul de sac. Very comfortable home for a family or small group to enjoy Boise and Southwest Idaho.

This house was perfect for our large family. Close to the soccer fields for our tournament but also to grocery store. A short easy drive to downtown as well. We loved it!

Fantastic Home!

The home was charming and clean and well appointed. We especially loved the back porch and yard. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything necessary. All the appliances worked perfectly. Everything was clean. We loved the neighborhood and taking walks and runs on the trails nearby. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great Time in Boise!

My family was there for a soccer tournament. The soccer fields were 5 minutes away. In a great quiet neighborhood. Close to biking trails. Downtown was about 15 minutes away. Great location! House was clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The back yard was a plus! House was spacious. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great place!

This was an excellent property-nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. It is in close proximity to Simplot Sports Complex which was great for the soccer tourney we came to see. Check in And check out was seamless., and Mona was very responsive when we needed to add a day to k our trip to accommodate a soccer team schedule!

Clean, comfortable, perfect.

We loved our stay. This home was perfect for our group and we were impressed with how well maintained the property is. Quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Boise with quick access to I-84. Summer Fun With Grandkids

Our trip to Boise was planned to get our two grandsons from the Portland, OR, area together with our grandson and granddaughter who live in southeast Boise. The house was located just 5 minutes from our daughter's house in Boise, and was the perfect size and floor plan for our visit. The property was very clean and in a quite neighborhood. We will definitely look for this house the next time we need to rent in the Boise area!

Nice house with almost all that a family would need. Only problem was checking in when the front door and garage combination numbers had apparently been changed without the owners knowledge. Needed more than one beach towel for whole house. Owners notebook needs update. Had hard time finding circuit breaker box.Towels left in dryer by cleaners? Shower curtain in master bdrm inadequate.

We enjoyed our time here while visiting Boise. Loved the arrangement of rooms. The open concept floor plan was great for having conversations. Very clean, plenty of towels, mattress were comfortable. Loved the coffee station! Thank you.

We are 2 longtime friends who grew up in Boise and love to visit several times a year. Boise is our hometown and we are excited to have it available for guests from out of the area. Julie is a BSU alum and avid Bronco football fan. We both love the city and getting to spend time with friends and family when we are in town.

We really enjoy this neighborhood, just a few miles from where we grew up. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, with street parking and an enclosed garage. The area has lots of trees, great walking and bicycle paths and light traffic. It's accessible to local shopping with grocery stores, delis and pizza, yet near the I-84 freeway and Boise airport. We love that downtown and BSU are just 10 minutes away on surface streets. The Boise parks and greenbelt are great to visit at any time of year, but spectacular in spring and fall.
