TOWELS
▶ Please use towels responsibly as we do not change towels daily. Keep them clean. If towels are stained, damaged, or lost, a replacement fee will be charged.

LOGISTICS
▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM

▶ Personalized self-check-in instructions will be provided at 6:00 AM on the day of your arrival.

GARBAGE
▶ Residential Pickup Day: Monday & Thursday
▶ Recycle Pickup Day: Monday

▶ Trash bins located behind the left-side fence of the home.

PARKING
▶ Free driveway parking for 3 spaces. Additional free curbside parking available in front of the home.

PARTIES & EVENTS
▶ Parties are not permitted unless pre-approved. Unauthorized parties may result in a fine of up to $500.
▶ If the maximum sleeping occupancy is exceeded due to an event, there will be a $50 charge per extra guest.

PETS
▶ Pets allowed with prior approval. Pet sanitation fee ranges from $75 to $200, depending on the number of pets and length of stay. Payment request will be sent during your arrival date.

CAMERAS
▶ External surveillance and noise monitors are in place for everyone's safety. Security cameras are located around the outside of the home.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting is not responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

DISCOUNTS
▶ Long-term stay discounts are automatically generated on the platform once dates are input.

GRILL USE
▶ A $40 propane fee applies if you’d like to use the grill.
▶ Please notify us the night before so our property manager can ensure the propane tank is filled after the fee is paid.
