Great weekend!

This place is in a fantastic location - was super easy to walk downtown or to the Skidmore campus! Bed was comfortable and the house had plenty of room both inside and out! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place, Short walk to downtown

We had a great stay! Matt, the owner, was extremely nice and helpful. He checked in on us and gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Easy short walk to downtown streets. Went to the horse races and it was a short uber ride. The house was super clean and well maintained. Nice outdoor seating area!! Just a great experience all the way around. Will definitely stay again!!

Wonderful stay

We have an excellent couple of nights at Matthew’s house while attending a concert at SPAC. Matthew is a great host and the house is very clean, comfortable and in a great location. It’s quiet and just a short walk to downtown Saratoga. Will definitely look to stay there again the next time we are in Saratoga.

Perfect trip to the Spa

We had a wonderful time staying here. Our host was extraordinarily helpful and generous whenever we needed anything. Couldn't recommend this place more. Easy walk to downtown and stone's throw to the track. Perfect.

Recently stayed with my family for 3 nights in town to visit my parents and sister. Fantastic, very quiet neighborhood and great location!! Totally walkable to everything on Broadway. Off-street parking off the alley out back was very convenient and safe. Matthew was great from our initial booking, throughout our stay and after checkout. The home was very clean and comfortable. Only drawback was the comfort of the middle bedroom mattress. Very minor issue and would book again, for sure. Thank you Matthew!!

I rate our 1st VRBO trip to Saratoga a "10". We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The house was immaculate, roomy and fully stocked...not missing a thing! The location is perfect for walking to town, shopping, dining , etc. Also, the on-site parking was a plus!

What a great stay at Matt’s beautiful home. It’s wonderful to walk into a home and feel right at home. Matt was awesome to communicate with and answered questions immediately. Fantastic

It was our first time in Saratoga. It was a wonderful visit. I only wish that we planned for a longer stay. The race track, SPAC, the hiking, and the downtown night life was all great. We will definitely be coming back. We hope that this house is available for our next visit. It was perfect and the just made everything so easy.

We stayed Memorial Day weekend 2023. Outstanding location on a quiet street that is walking distance to all the activities in downtown Saratoga Springs. Off street parking. Owner lives adjacently and is available for any requests or concerns.

Perfect Location for Saratoga Weekend

My friends and I had a perfect weekend staying at this home in June 2024. The host communicated by text to make sure we had everything we needed. The backyard and location were a highlight of the stay. We walked to town every morning for coffee and bagels and in the evening for dinner. Plenty of seating outside to hangout with friends and family. This is a quintessential vacation rental in Saratoga! Perfectly clean and cozy.

Probably is individually owned . Modern , 3 bedrooms which sleep 6 on queen to king size beds . Nice big comfortable towels , 2 bathrooms. All very clean and well kept. Owner very nice and available for any questions or concerns .

SPA Trifecta

My siblings, their spouses, my wife and I met in Saratoga for my older brother's 80th birthday. Having never stayed at a Vrbo property before, I carefully researched properties in the area and lucked out finding this gem. Matthew Ryan, the host, was over the top in accommodating us, even allowing us to check in early and stay past the posted check-out time. The cleaning fee was fair, only 20% of some of the properties I viewed. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Home in a Great Location

Roomy, nicely furnished, clean and well stocked. Private outdoor seating area. Convenient parking. Very quiet neighborhood, and only a short walk to town restaurants and shops. We cannot say enough about our host Matt. He was responsive and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We are already looking at dates for our next visit.

In addition to my long-time career in banking, I have been a landlord for over 20 years. Since purchasing this property in 2020, I have extensively restored this 1900-era unit using some of the top professional contractors in the Saratoga region. In both my banking and real estate careers, I take very seriously the job of delivering a high-quality experience to my clients and taking the necessary steps to execute on that job.

Prior to the arrival of each guest, I will connect with them a few days in advance to ask if they have any particular areas of interest/concern prior to their stay. I also touch base with the guest after the first day to see if there is anything they need. I feel this proactive communication makes it easy for the guest to express their true desires without feeling they are overreaching.

This property is the perfect blend between new and old.

In the upstairs, enjoy brand new beds and bedding, new plush wall-to-wall carpet, brand new bathroom vanities, flooring and toilets. Just out-of-the box, top rated air conditioners in the bedrooms. Downstairs, brand new kitchen and bathroom flooring. Every inch of the apartment has been repainted after an extensive project to resurface the walls to near-perfect condition.

Enjoy beautiful antique bedroom pieces that will make you really feel that you are in old world Saratoga!

The outdoor living element of this property is terrific. There are perennial gardens for you to enjoy and a beautiful deck on the side of the unit with a gas grill. The yard (and deck) has great southern exposure, but two large maple trees provide full day cooling shade if that is your wish.
