Centrally located 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1511 square foot house. Located near Wyoming and Montgomery in the NE heights. Minutes from restaurants, shopping, Sandia Peak Tram, ABQ Biopark, Balloon fiesta park and historic Old Town. Entire home was remodeled in 2020. Full kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave dishwasher, keurig and pot coffee makers, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Laundry room with XL washer, dryer Iron and board. Sleeps 6 with one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds. Pack-n-play crib and high chair along with kid friendly dish ware. Refrigerated air. Two car garage available for small car/suv parking with Nema 14-50 plug for EV charging. Backyard includes covered patio with patio furniture, BBQ grill, fire pit, artificial grass play area, putting green, cornhole game and gated parking for larger vehicles or RV/trailers with 30amp outlet. Fully fenced and gated backyard for well behaved pets. Self check in with code for smart lock. Simple check out with no cleaning fee. This house has everything and more for a great stay.

Charming property

Great fenced backyard if you have a dog.Bottled water supplied as well as a selection of dairy and non-dairy creamers for the first morning.Has a Keurig coffeemaker and a conventional one.Exquisitely clean

Best rental experience so far in ABQ

I stay in ABQ several times a year to visit family and this has—by far—been our best VRBO. The house is immaculately maintained and the hosts have clearly tried to think of useful, convenient additions (like power strips next to beds, a well stocked kitchen, even labeled switch plates for lights).

Beautiful Home

This was probably the best place we've stayed. We travel a lot through out the US and we loved this house. The owners have thought of everything you could ever need. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, very clean and near anything you need. We will stay again when we visit friends in New Mexico. Thanks again for everything

Best VRBO we've stayed at!!

A 12 out of 10 doesn't say enough about this property! Beautiful home with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the patio and outdoor games and yard, cooking in the kitchen was a dream, the beds were better than what we have at home, and we enjoyed eating together and games at the large table and lounging in the comfortable den. There was not one thing lacking and I have never been in such a clean, enjoyable, organized rental. The house was easy to find, close to everything, and in a nice neighborhood. Brandon was great to work with and we will be staying here again!!

Home Away from Home in ABQ

Excellent property! This is our second stay and it was just as good as the first. The property is very clean and well cared for. Great location and easy access to shopping and family. Communication with the owners is easy via text or the VRBO app, and response time is very fast. Thanks Brandon! We will be back.

What a great place to stay!

Three of us stayed at Brandon's place for two nights and we kept commenting on how well appointed the house was. Very well kept, clean, great beds, and nice towels. Brandon was very responsive if we had a question. The house is centrally located to everything we were doing. I would recommend staying here and will book for our trip next year. Thanks Brandon.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house is in a great location and provided a good gathering place for family. We traveled no more than 20 minutes to any place and usually less. Amazing Home in ABQ

Had a wonderful stay here. House very tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Among the best I have every stayed in.

Spectacularly clean, comfortable and cozy

This host wants the guest's stay to be extraordinary. It is evident in Brandon's communications and in how meticulously clean and organized everything is. There is no need to restate all the available property data because the home is exactly as described. It's decor is beautiful and it's atmosphere cozy. It includes all the typical amenities needed for your stay...and more...like bag toss games in the back yard for when the family gathers around the grill and outside table. ...and did I mention...the home is immaculate?! It is SO much more that just a place to stay. Brandon has gone the extra mile to ensure your family's stay is worry free and enjoyable!!

Brandon comes through again

I have stayed with Brandon a number of times when visiting my grandchildren around the corner. This particular time, I asked Brandon if he could wash with non-perfumed detergent because of my allergies. He happily provided me that courtesy. He is always prompt and responsive and of course his house is as comfortable as being at home in my own home. The house has everything you could ever need with many thoughtful touches. Great place to stay

Rented the house in April while visiting family in the Albuquerque area. House was exactly what we needed. Great location, easy to access, quiet neighborhood with no issues. Kids enjoyed the backyard activities, while my wife and I enjoyed the shaded outdoor sitting area. Having a garage to park and charge the vehicle in was also very nice.

Clean & Comfortable

Our family stayed for 3 days and could not be happier. The place was immaculately clean, modern, and organized. Looks like a recent makeover from a quality builder. They had all of the pots, pans, utensils, even seasonings, to cook anything. The area was 3 blocks from a Target to stock up on food and we felt it was a safe neighborhood with neighbors walking around us. Hope to book again when passing through.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable

This was a great stay! It had everything we could need and then some. Located near restaurants and shopping, and easy access to freeways. Beds/linens were comfortable. This was a far better stay than a hotel! Thank you!

Great stay, again!

We have stayed at Brandon's house a couple times now. It did not disappoint again. It's always the first place we look for when we come to Albuquerque. We love that it is super clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood that is a convenient drive to anything in the city. The kids love the backyard.

Awesome new and clean!!

Great location. Place is renovated and everything is clean and new. Plenty of space for 6+. Really like the snacks, towels, water, everything. Just the perfect place for a family to stay.
