Terrible! Host did NOT communicate
I rented this VRBO three months in advance of my stay, I texted multiple times that there would be four people staying, when we got there, there was one towel, no hand towel and no wash clothes, I asked three times for towels, and never received them. (3 hours)
We turned on the oven, the pilot light was out, and the place filled with gas, and we could not air it out because there was not a working fan in the apartment.
The only way I was able to get in contact with the VRBO host was by calling the VRBO customer service line, and then they had to contact him, and then he contacted me. And by this time I had already left because it was super dangerous to be in the apartment with the gas smell. So, I ended up having to get a hotel room for me and my friends because it was too dangerous to stay at this apartment.
I would not stay in this location, it was not worth it. One of the things that’s important with staying someplace is a host that will respond, when you are on vacation and relying on things to be as you want them, when reserving a place, three months in advance… I was very disappointed.
