The communication was not that great and I had to chase even in the day to sort bedding. Great location. Inside the house was ok but had not been cleaned properly upstairs used bedding had been left n the cots which smelt along with used glasses of water. The garden complete with old car boat and tractor was secure which was great for our dogs.

Simple family rental

I was concerned to stay here as there were no reviews & this was not a super host. but limited options over D Day & all were $$$ incl this place (twice usual rate). I hope this review helps others decide if this is the right property for them. house is in a residential area, w/ a walled enclosure & gate. There is a manager who contacted me after rental on VRBO & asked if i needed linens for extra $ which I declined. Later, the manager sent a code to the key box outside the gate. No other info is provided on the house, area, checkout etc. There are alot of beds here like a dorm on the 2nd floor. also 2 cribs, high chair, changing table & gate over stairs. There is one tiny bathroom but the picture is not correct- there is no dryer! the washer door will not fully opened as it hits the toilet. by the toilet is a partially ripped paper sign in several languages (none English) about not putting things in the toilet- we decided to not even put toilet paper in. a bottle of cider and some soaps were on the kitchen counter for us. The 2nd night, we had trouble opening the gate so left our car outside& climbed the wall. the manager came over that night &opened the gate. we were later charged over 150 for repairs that the owner did-the manager could not provide photo or receipt. i disputed with my CC. I reviewed our other charges & see in the VRBO host fees there are linens charges separate from the cleaning fee. the manager did not refund these fees or the repair despite me asking.

Hébergement sale vétuste Literie sale et inconfortable Obligé de faire le ménage en arrivant Four crasseux tapis de bain moisi Escalier et meubles poussiéreux Toilettes extérieures et barbecue extrêmement sales douches extérieures pour le sable fermée Salon de jardin rempli de toiles d’araignées et de sable bref je ne recommande pas Sauf l’emplacement à deux pas de la mer

Séjour au bord de la mer.

Très bon séjour. La Maison est vraiment à trois minutes de la mer. Déçus mais c était noté, un seul toilette dans la salle de bain. Celui dehors n est pas « attirant ». Manque de rangement dans la maison, on a laissé nos affaires dans les valises. Et un peu plus de propreté aurait été bien, évier de la cuisine et douche pas très propre. À part ça, la maison est bien situé. À deux ou trois personnes c est sympa. Louer avec des couples d amis, non.
