Everything has been designed for your comfort, nothing is missing, and above all everything is new. The villa is made up of two levels.

The ground floor offers two bedrooms with private shower, the sofa can be transformed into a Queen size bed, the kitchen is open to the entire living room, the bay windows offer brightness and a breathtaking view of the tropical vegetation.

The master bedroom equipped with a large KING Size bed is located on the second floor, with its fully private full bathroom, and access to the roof terrace which allows you to spend pleasant evenings in the open air.

Condominium Rules and Booking Conditions

The villa offers one free parking space. If you bring a second vehicle, it must be parked outside the residence, or you can use additional space within the residence for a fee of USD 35 per day.

The use of loudspeakers, karaoke machines, or any form of microphone is strictly prohibited; no exceptions are permitted. All parties are prohibited.

As of 8:00 p.m until 8am, all noise pollution must be stopped, and shouting and yelling must cease. If this is not done, we will be obliged to take the necessary measures to evict you from the premises.

A caretaker is on site every night from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. He is there to ensure your safety and compliance with the condominium rules, which you previously accepted when renting this villa. He must notify us in the event of any malfunctions so that we can intervene and take the necessary measures.

For your information:

Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.

For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.

Additional conditions,

- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.

- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.
