The home includes three distinct sleeping areas, offering flexibility for families and groups.
Primary Suite (1st Floor):
A spacious 12’ x 24’ suite with a king bed and full-size futon, ideal for parents traveling with a young child or guests who appreciate extra space. Includes a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom Two (1st Floor):
This room features a queen bed and futon with convenient access to the kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor kitchen. Well suited for couples or teens who want their own space while staying close to shared living areas.
Loft Bedroom (2nd Floor):
A private loft-style bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony for relaxing mornings or evenings. With its cozy loft layout and stepped entry into the bathroom, this space is best enjoyed by younger or shorter guests comfortable navigating multi-level spaces. We recommend this room for guests comfortable with stairs.

There are 4 full bathrooms, allowing multiple guests to get ready at the same time without sharing. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower with rain shower head and handheld wand, plus a jetted soaking tub.
All bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and essentials for a comfortable stay.

The fully equipped kitchen supports group meals and family gatherings with all cookware, pots, pans, and serving essentials provided. Appliances include a stove, dishwasher, ample prep space, and a coffee maker with complimentary drip coffee grounds.

A raised mango tree platform is a favorite gathering spot for kids and sunset viewing. Beach gear is stored onsite, and parking for up to four vehicles is available via a convenient semi-circle drive.

We offer self check-in via a private code sent prior to your arrival.
We have two security cameras and a doorbell camera facing the street to provide you with security and peace of mind while staying at our home.

A signed rental agreement and $500 security hold are required to complete your booking.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental-guest screening provider.
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Truvi.

Upgrades:
Propane is provided for the grill free of charge.
We also provide beach supplies - beach towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella and toys.
The pool is heated to 76 degrees free of charge. Additional pool heat (up to 84 degrees) is available upon request for $25/day during your stay. A 24-hour notice is required and heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
The pet fee is $150/stay, maximum of 2 dogs. If you bring a pet without authorization, it will result in a $250 fee.

Potential Charges:
Extra guest fee of $50/person in excess of reservation. This includes both daytime and overnight guests.
Checkout is at 10am so our cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest and every 30 minutes late is a $50 fee.
