Dazzling Luxury Remodel, Huge Ocean Views! Easy walk to Kihei's Best Beaches

Our condo is a totally remodeled townhome with a serene and uninterrupted ocean and mountain view, from the lights of Wailuku Town past the island of Lanai. J217 has neither power lines nor road noise; you'll see sunsets all summer long and whales all winter. Exquisitely renovated 2-bedroom/2 bath unit in the Jasmine cluster has a new kitchen, new baths, new flooring and millwork, new lighting, an energy efficient super-insulated cathedral ceiling to capture cool trade winds, and some surprising architectural details to make you smile and bring you back every year. The open-plan lofted master with king bed adjoins a luxury bath including an expanse of granite with two undermount sinks, glamorous black tile shower with pebble floor, semi-enclosed lanai. Main floor bedroom has its own lanai and twin beds which can be reconfigured as an additional king bed. Adjacent full bath has a tub/shower combo, and a dramatically lighted floating vanity with black vessel sink. Tradewinds and a motorized awning will keep the unit comfortable most of the time, but AC units in the living space and both bedrooms allow zoned cooling if desired.

The Irish Creme kitchen is furnished with all the dishware and cooking utensils you will need, and you will enjoy that stunning view from every angle. Smart TVs are located in living room and master bedroom and your wi-fi has been upgraded by the owner along with added unique LED lighting fixtures.

With superb landscaping, two pools with heated spas, tennis courts, and an easy walk to fabulous beaches, Maui Kamaole is one of the premier resorts in South Kihei, a five-minute walk to Kamaole III Beach and just next door to the golf courses and luxury hotels of the Wailea gold coast but priced far more reasonably, allowing you to stay weeks instead of days in this tropical paradise.

Our family had a wonderful time at Jeanne and George's beautiful condo! The view is spectacular, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of stuff for trips to the beach. We really liked having the natural wood towel rack on the lanai to dry our clothes in the breeze, and the neat lighting in the living room. Communication was great and check in was easy via a web interface. Thank you and we hope to return in the not too distant future!

Lovely unit with stunning views. We stayed here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There were a couple of minor issues that were addressed immediately and we really appreciated the open communication. 10 out of 10 for sure.

A wonderful vacation with a breathtaking view!

We've stayed at a number of units in Maui Kamaole over the decade we've been taking trips there, and Jeanne was the most responsive and proactive host I've ever had the pleasure of communicating with - we felt so welcome, and so cared for. In a place where hosts are generally quite lovely and condos set a high bar, this experience still shone, and we would return here in a heartbeat.The condo is so thoughtfully appointed. We had everything we needed, and more - it was the perfect home to return to after a day building sandcastles on the beach and diving for rings in the pool.We made good use of the kitchen (sharp knives! a traveling chef's dream!), and enjoyed many a meal on the porch. Sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing - it was incredible; the best view we've ever had in the complex.On a really specific note - my youngest kiddo has a dust allergy, and this is one of the few units that doesn't have carpet upstairs, and where any carpet is low-pile. She's always a good sport about her sniffles, but she didn't have sniffles here - and that made this particular trip all the better for us.We cannot thank you enough, Jeanne and George!

Nice Quiet Condo

We had a nice week long stay here in June of 25. The location was great as it was near lots of great beaches. The place was clean and there were plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc. There were two pools, one only across the parking lot. Kitchen had everything we could want. I would highly recommend this for a family of 4.

Great condo, amazing memories!

Great condo on the south end of Kihei about 5 minutes drive to the heart or Wailea. Short drive to all the amazing beaches on the south west end of Maui. Condo is well furnished, has all the amenities you could for with a small family. Well equipped with beach gear for those days at the beach. Fluid communication with the owner, everything was in order when we arrived.

Fantastic experience and stay

My family had an incredible vacation in Maui and the rental was amazing. Our host, Jeanne, was incredibly fast to respond to questions and was a pleasure communicating with. The condo was as described - extremely clean, great location and what a view (pictures do not do it justice). Highly recommend and will book in the future again.

AMAZING!!

This was a great place to stay and we would absolutely stay here again! The view from the balcony was amazing!! It was very clean and we had everything we needed. It is steps away from 1 of the 2 pools. Close to the beach but we also ventured out to others that did not disappoint! We did walk to eat some nights but also would still recommend having a rental car. We did the Road to Hana excursion and they did pick us up here and enjoyed it very much. We would also recommend snorkeling at Molokini Crater and Turtle Town. We did not want to leave, great vacation!!

Dream vacation!!

I can’t put into words how picture perfect J217 was! My family and I had an absolute blast and could not have asked for a better condo to stay in for this vacation. The condo is clean, nicely updated, well stocked, has killer amenities, is centrally located, and has an unreal view. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay in Maui. Also, working with Jeanne and George was the cherry on top. Wonderful family vacation

We were impressed with this property. Stayed most of the month of Dec. The view from the lanai was amazing. It was close to the pool. Shopping was minutes away. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone. If we go back we would not stay anywhere else. Thank you Jeanne. Spectacular view

The condo was fantastic!! Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 1 teen. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. There is air conditioning in each room if needed. The view was spectacular!!!! Short walk or drive to local beaches. We had great communication with the host. The property was clean, quiet and safe, with two relaxing pools to cool off in every night. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful space, perfect for a relaxing vacation!

This space was perfect for our family of five. Super clean, beautiful, well stocked with everything we needed. Grounds are so beautiful, quiet, lush, and perfect distance to the beach. Great Place to Stay!

We loved this condo! This place worked out great for our family with walking distance to the beach, sunset views, and beach items available. It was an added bonus for us that our kids could have their own bedroom and bathroom. We all had our own private spaces within the home which was awesome. We will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Wonderful stay!

Maui Dream Scape

Outstanding location. Pictures don't do the condo justice, and the entire development is a tropical wonderland. Everything you need is available at the condo, even boogie boards for kids. Excellent stay and communication. Absolutely perfect in every way. Can book with your eyes closed!

Perfect for our family!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Everything was very clean when we arrived and the view from the balcony is breathtaking! It's just a short walk to beautiful Kamaole Beach III and less than a minute walk to a gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub. My husband and I slept in the king-sized bed upstairs, which was very comfortable and it worked out well that there were two beds in the main floor bedroom for my teenage sons. There was also plenty of space in the dressers and upstairs closet to unpack our clothes into. If we are ever back in Maui, I will definitely try to book this unit again. Best vacation rental!

We had such a great experience at Maui Kamaole in Jeanne and George’s amazing condo. It was roomy and well stocked, had all the beach accessories we could ask for and had a view to die for! The beds were very comfortable and all the linens and towels were superb. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the A/C’s worked well and were such a treat! We would absolutely stay in this rental again, it was truly amazing and we had a great experience which felt like a home away from home.

Gorgeous property and amazing stay!

Loved every bit of our stay! Jeanne is an incredibly friendly, attentive property owner to any request. The condo had everything needed for a great Hawaii beach vacation. Unit was beautifully remodeled and exactly as represented in the ad. Would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our entire family's vacation an absolute joy! Kamaole 3 Beach Park nearby had fantastic snorkeling and the pool and hot tub area was also beautiful. The view from the balcony every morning while eating breakfast was amazing. We are new owners at Maui Kamaole, but long-time winter residents of Maui starting back in the 70's when my parents came every year and we decided they definitely had scoped out the best island in Hawaii, and the best town on Maui. Kihei is centrally located to all the places you may want to visit, has tons of restaurants and shops in addition to everyday needs like grocery stores and drug stores, churches and parks.

I have owned a 1-bedroom view condo just up the street for 30 years, and wanted to expand my space so I could invite more guests to stay with me, and welcome more families to share this lovely space for their own vacations. I have long been in love with the extraordinary landscaping at Maui Kamaole, love the pools and like the quiet feel of separate buildings artfully scattered across the hillside, so many with peaceful views of the ocean, outlying islands (sunsets!) and West Maui.

Close to everything but still quiet and secluded. Wailea is just a short 2 mile walk south and the shops and the outstanding Kamaole Beaches are just in front and to the north of MK. Most visitors rent a car so they can sightsee the entire island, but even if you didn't have a car, you could meet all your needs within just a mile or two of our location - swimming, snorkeling, beach walking, shopping, eating in or out, and soaking up the sun and tropical ambiance.
