Newly Built Downtown Townhome

Enjoy this newly built townhome in the heart of downtown Bismarck! This two-story build was designed with relaxation in mind, with an open concept on the main floor, 20-foot ceilings and windows to bring in natural light. You’ll have access to a private, single stall, heated garage during your stay.

Conveniently located less than half a mile from local hospitals and less than one mile from downtown restaurants and shopping.

The Space:

Come enjoy your own space while away from home!

On the main floor you’ll be welcomed by the open concept design leading you to 20 foot ceilings in the living room, which is directly off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to cook, a walk-in pantry, and a single cup Keurig along with coffee. In the living room you can relax with views of the backyard/patio or enjoy watching TV.

Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms with walk-in closets, queen sized beds and room darkening curtains. The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings and direct access to the main bathroom. The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Fully cleaned by a professional before each guest!

- Graco Pack-N-Play available on request. There is a $10 laundry fee for a crib fitted sheet.

This is a two story townhome with access to both bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry on the second level up a set of stairs.

This listing is for one side of the townhome only. Shared spaces include the backyard.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Outs:

Check-in requests for prior to 2:30pm will be considered as schedule allows. There will be an additional fee of 50% the first night’s rate of your stay. Check-in after 3:00pm is no additional fee, but must be communicated and agreed upon prior to check-in.

Check-out requests for after 12:30pm will be considered as schedule allows. There will be an additional fee of 50% the last night’s rate of your stay. Check-out prior to 12:00pm is no additional fee, but must be communicated and agreed upon prior to check-out.

Great Location, Beautiful Space

Family gathering in our "hometown" for celebrations of life. Great space and central location. Enjoyed the patio as well as the spacious living area. Hosts were responsive and the space was clean and inviting. Hope to utilize the space again when we are in town.

Awesome place

My wife and twin toddler daughters came to Bismarck for a wedding and stayed in the duplex. It is a gorgeous place, fully renovated and all the amenities you could ever need. Thanks to the hosts for a great place this part weekend!

Lovely home close to downtown!

This was an amazing property and an amazing stay! Everything was clean and comfortable! The owners were incredibly kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We had a breaker blow while we were there and the owner came right over and reset it for us! I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the townhouse for two nights after traveling through Colorado and the Dakotas visiting National Parks. The townhouse is new and has everything you will need to be comfortable.

The townhome was very nice, coffee provided, which was a nice touch. It was a quiet neighborhood but a little far to walk to breweries, restaurants, etc. I would recommend for any traveling nurses, super close to hospitals.

Relaxing oasis in town!

We loved this property! The space is open, and beautifully designed and decorated. Everything we needed was in the space. The patio backyard area is wonderful, and quiet. We appreciated being able to stay here. We are going to highly recommend to all.

Great Place

Sister get together

I am from Wyoming. My sisters from NW Ontario came to spend some time with me. Bismark is pretty much the half point so the location was very convenient. We spent most of our time visiting, playing games, walking, eating out, and bringing in meals to share. The townhouse setting was very relaxing and homey. Thank you.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Beyond 5 Stars!
