The space
Spend your holiday getaway in this cozy three-bedroom villa with fully equipped amenities and a spacious backyard that boasts a panoramic view of a 45-acre private lake.

Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom | King):
Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the master bedroom; with a relaxing lake-view access to the balcony and the sit-out area. This bedroom has a deluxe-feels king-sized bed that invites you to unwind after a day of exploring and recreation. Having an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet in this bedroom is also a benefit that lets you freshen up with the convenience of your privacy. This room is also equipped with a 55k Smart TV that lets you relax and enjoy the rest of the evening.

Bedroom 2 (Queen):
Perfect for the other members of your family is the second bedroom. This room has a comfortable queen-sized bed; and comes with a Smart TV that lets you sit back, relax and enjoy the rest of your evening. This room also comes alongside the laundry room and closet, and a built-in ironing board for your convenience.

Bedroom 3 (Kid’s Room):
Next to the queen bedroom is the kid’s room. Ideal for your kids or groups is this bedroom featuring a comfortable bunk bed with both a full twin-sized mattress. This comes with a flat screen TV for your kids to catch-up on their favorite shows, watch movies and just spend their time with.

Living Area:
Spend precious quality time and take advantage of the calm and spacious living area with your loved ones, family, and friends. You may curl up in the comfort of the plush sofas in this living area, featuring a gas fireplace and a 70-inch 4K HDTV, which creates a cozy and inviting ambiance that lets you relax and enjoy the company of one another.

Everything you need to unleash your culinary creativity is within reach from our homy kitchen. Adjacent to the living area is the full-equipped kitchen that lets you enjoy preparing delicious meals for your family. The kitchen also comes with an access to the outdoor deck.

Take pleasure in spending your time to feel free, enjoy, and be amused by the panoramic view of a 45-acre private lake. The outdoor space comes with a private dock for non-motorized boats which you can enjoy with our newly added kayaks (w/ life jackets). And for you to indulge your barbecue is a grill available for you to use. The outdoor space is perfect for sipping drinks while taking in the scenery and enjoying the unwinding fresh air.

If you wish to explore the neighborhood, you are only a few minutes drive away from breathtakingly beautiful tourist attractions, whether it be hiking trails, river falls, or beach parks. Although tucked in nature, you will never go hungry as restaurants that serve delectable dishes are easily accessible from the property, certainly making it an ideal place to stay. WINTER ACTIVITES:
Lorton Lake Drive is not only a great place to stay, but it is also a great place to explore for fun and exciting activities this winter. There are numerous snowmobile trails nearby. Salmon River Falls, Osceola Tug Hill Cross Country Ski Center, Fox Hollow Salmon River Lodge, and many more will help you break the ice.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We recently completed some yard work, including reseeding the grass, to enhance the overall outdoor experience. The new grass will start growing by the time of your arrival, and you’re welcome to walk on it to access the private dock and lake. However, please note that while the grass is not fully established, the firepit amenity will not be available. Please refer to the photo for a reference on the current yard condition.

Other things to note
● Please be mindful that our property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and parties are not allowed. For everyone's safety and security, a noise monitoring device is installed inside the house. We have a ring doorbell and a smart lock installed at the front entrance for your convenience.

● There is a $30 fee if you want to use the Tesla charger. Kindly please let us know in advance should you intend to use it during your stay.

● Kindly inform us in advance if you require the crib to be prepared before your stay. This is to allow us to coordinate with our cleaners to arrange it for you prior to your arrival. Please be aware that there will be an extra charge of $35 associated with this service.

● Note that we have installed a camera at the front and back of the house (below the deck) for everyone’s safety.
