Ideally located, 500 m from the Rochers de Saint Guénolé and the GR34 long-distance hiking circuit, 1km from Pors Carn and its fine sandy beach, 4 km from the famous surf spot of La Torche. Less than 500m away you will find shops (bakery, grocery store, U express, pharmacy, bars-restaurants, etc.)

It consists on the first floor of a large living room overlooking the dining area with the fully fitted and equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, toaster, ...) and the living room (television, chromecast, WIFI, fiber connection). On the first floor you will also find a separate toilet and a shower room.

Upstairs, two beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed 160*200 and in the other two beds of 90*200 (Storage cupboards in each of the bedrooms) as well as a bathroom with WC.

You can enjoy the west-facing terrace and the enclosed garden with table, parasol and barbecue. Private parking space.
In front of the house, a large garage is at your disposal to store your bikes, surfboards, ... and you will find a washing machine and a dryer.

Travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changing table are available on request.

Availability: 2 dish towels + washbasin + bath mat.

We offer optional bed linen and towels: €10 per person for the duration of the stay (to be paid on arrival).

This furnished apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

A deposit cheque of €500 will be required upon arrival and will be returned on the day of departure or within 14 days.
