This modern home is ready to be your vacation hideaway! Cool down in this home equipped with central air conditioning. Guests can take a seat inside the comfortable living room and set their traveling clothes to go in the home's private washer/dryer. If you're arriving around dinner time, cook up something delicious in the full kitchen outfitted with a French door refrigerator and a dishwasher to help out with cleanup. Wind down with beverages and a board game in the screened-in patio, while the kids and dogs enjoy the enclosed backyard. Cooking out on the electric grill is always an option!

Most of the home's bedrooms are to the right of the living room, just before guests reach the kitchen. The first bedroom is just on the right side of this hall, with the full bathroom (featuring a shower/tub combination) just across the way. At the end of the hall, the second bedroom lies to the right and the third lies to the right, a bonus flatscreen TV in the latter room adding extra relaxation. At the opposite side of the house, the fourth bedroom lies at the end of the dining table just across from the entrance to the backyard. This is the main bedroom of the house, and features a ceiling fan, mounted flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
