We have a permeant tenant downstairs. He has his own bathroom (but will only use shower upstairs).

Formal Dining room - Full kitchen i.e. blender, toaster, pans, dishes, glass, cup silver ware ect.
Enclosed outdoor patio - with a 50" smart TV

Shared Bathroom is also located upstairs.
