Welcome to our vacation home! We know you will love the peaceful and quiet mountain views as much as we do. Enjoy them from the private heated pool and spa and from every bedroom, the dining room, the fireplace room, the kitchen, or the outside grill. Step out of the yard and onto a desert walking trail you could take for miles among the Saguaros and other desert vegetation.

There's plenty of space for an extended family vacation, comfortably sleeping 12 with 5 bedrooms, but it's cozy enough for a romantic couple's get away.

Fabulous Stay

The property was so clean and spacious. The owners were so kind and thoughtful. The amenities are wonderful! You could really tell that they cared about their property. It is in a beautiful location. Our family loved the indoor/outdoor space. We had so much fun! This is an excellent property to stay at! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Great vacation home for large group

Stayed for my daughters graduation where we had a full house. We enjoyed all of the amenities where there was lots for us to do each night. Great place!!!!

Wonderful neighborhood in Ora Valley

Pool was warm. The views were beautiful. It was nice to walk right out the door and walk through a beautiful desert wash full of flora and fauna.

Family time

Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, mountains, bike paths. The house is well maintained and clean with very prompt and helpful hosts! We have stayed at rentals before and this one has been the most user friendly so far!

Enjoyable family vacation

Managers were great. They quickly responded to our questions and had the pool warm for us by the time we arrived. The house was perfect for us. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet. We would come back again.

Spring Break Escape!

We had a great time in this wonderful vacation home, conveniently located, and everything it was made out to be. The house was the perfect size for our 3 family group of 10, well equipped and set up For east living. The hosts were quick, responsive and helpful at every stage of the process. Who could ask for more??!!!!

Family trip

I liked this location. Quite neighborhood with nice walking and biking trials. My family loved the clean pool and jacuzzi! Beautiful view of mountains. This home was big enough for 11 adults and 2 children. The owners were easy to communicate with and always available for quick text.

Great House

House had plenty of space for 9 adults and a 2 year old. The gated pool, pool table and corn hole game made for fun and safe outdoor activities. Quick response from the host. Definitely reccomend.

Oasis Indeed

The hosts are very accommodating and respectful of your privacy while staying in their lovely home. We brought 14 members of our Ohio family to Tucson to celebrate Thanksgiving with our Arizona family members! The house does not disappoint! It was the perfect size for our large family. The hosts a very thoughtful with supplying many games in the cupboard that the younger ones enjoyed. The outdoor pool table was a real hit and the pool was great! Being from Ohio the younger ones didn’t mind the chili water. Also, out back amount the cactus and brush is an amazing walking trail that the entire family couldn’t get enough of. The house was very clean throughout and no unusual odors. The house is near everything that you will need during your stay! The Davis Clan gives this house and its hosts a Five Star!!!

Great Home for a Family Getaway or Group of Friends

We had such an incredible weekend in Tucson. Starting with the wonderful communication and ease of checking in to this fabulous home. Our group was 7 friends in the area for a National Tennis event locally which was within 10 minutes driving. With 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, everyone was able to have their own bed with 4 sharing in 2 rooms. The home was well laid out, comfortable, great amenities such as a pool table, cornhole game, pool, hot tub and more. The downstairs has a Roku device too so easy to set up your accounts if you need some TV time. I don't think there was one thing that I could call out as I wish it was better. There are many restaurants nearby along with golf, tennis and major grocery and other stores like Target. You will love this place and the owner was extremely responsive to any and all questions/requests. Thank you!

Exceeded our Expectations!

This was the absolutely perfect house for our 50th anniversary celebration with our three daughters and their families. I could go on and on, but for brevity’s sake, I will list some the top reasons why you should rent this property: • Plenty of comfortable seating on the main floor for your large group •Spacious, bright kitchen that accommodates several cooks/cleanup crew at one time •Main floor absorbs sound…no echos; bedrooms isolated from kitchen noise •Lots of thoughtful amenities: end tables, laundry baskets, card table with comfy chairs for making puzzles, smart TVs, etc… •BEAUTIFUL view from the kitchen and pool •So many activities to keep all ages busy…toys, puzzles, card games, billiards, corn hole, lots of pool toys, etc! •Well maintained hot tub and pool in large patio area/backyard •Quiet Neighborhood But the very top reason is the host of this property. You will get the genuine sense that they want you to relax and enjoy your time there, and are quick to respond positively to all questions and requests. Would not hesitate to rent this terrific property again!

Wonderful Winter Retreat!

Everything about this place was perfect for our stay! It is located on a cut-de-sac which offers a beautiful view of the Catalina Mountains and yet the backyard is very private. The heated pool and spa were amazing and we enjoyed using it several times. In addition the pool table on the patio,, corn hole, and propane grill were also put to good use! The house is spacious and provides several areas to get away from others to read a book or just chill. It also features smart tv's in both master bedrooms, living room and dining room, which made it easy to steam our favorite programming during the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for walking. The home is located close to the Oro Valley Community Center, retail shops, grocery stores, restaurants, as well as local attractions, such as Catalina State Park which has plenty of great hiking trails. The hosts were very accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions and offered easy check in and provided a helpful check out check list. Perhaps the best comment I can offer is that I just booked it again for four weeks in 2023 and looking forward to my return!

Independence Holiday Staycation

We enjoyed an amazing staycation at this beautiful home. It is mere minutes from our son and our grandchildren got endless use out of the pool! They also enjoyed the game system in the living room. Our son and daughter in law appreciated not having to bring their infant’s bassinet as the hosts provided a very nice pack and play. We adults enjoyed the pool and pool table and the multiple smart tvs to stream shows or movies. The upstairs and downstairs king bedroom suites are a nice touch. My husband grilled most of our meals but I used the stove and oven for large family breakfast which was very convenient. The kitchen is well appointed and the dining room table is very large and accommodated us all eating or playing games as a group. I would make a minor recommendation of providing larger cutting boards, mixing bowls and pots and pans for large group meal preparation. There were plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses and utensils which is appreciated. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out on the roomy patio or duck into their bedrooms for R and R. All the appliances are newer models which made them easy to use and energy efficient. Win win! We will definitely stay again for future family get togethers!

PERFECT HOME FOR OUR GOLF TRIP

This was exactly what I was looking for in a home for me and my 3 friends as we played the best golf courses in the Marana and Oro Valley area! 5 bedrooms, 3 bath, great dining area and kitchen and best of all, a heated spa and pool to relax in after 36 holes! I highly recommend this home and there's no doubt we will be back again hopefully sooner than later! And btw, the owners had outstanding communication, were super responsive and easy to get a hold of for anything... everything was turnkey... again, a perfect home for us!

Great House and Location

We all really enjoyed the house. The pool, hot tub, pool table and cornhole game all got lots or use. The views are are good as well as the location in a quiet neighborhood was great for us. Communication with to owner was great. The only issue we had was getting the hot tub to run via local control. The owners were able to turn it on and off remotely when we needed it. Texting them when needed.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this home for an extended graduation weekend. The house is wonderful! We had everything we needed - from utensils in the kitchen to shampoo in the showers. Our family spent so much time relaxing by the pool and on the patio. The view is beautiful! We also enjoyed the walking trails directly behind the house. Communication with owners Dion and Amanda was very friendly and easy. The home is close to grocery stores and restaurants. We highly recommend this lovely home in the foothills of Tucson!

Tucson in Early April

The location of this house was perfect. Real close to town yet in a nice residential neighborhood. There is a green space behind the house to see the mountains and watch the sunrise. The pool was heated and the kids loved it. The house was stocked with all the necessary things and well kept/clean. It was exactly as described in the listing. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The outdoor space of this house was really great and where we spent most of our time. Overall, glad I picked this house, we had a good time.
