- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Check in is at 3:30PM — Check out is at 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

We had a great stay here. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. I loved how clean it was when we checked in. It is very accessible to the beach, restaurants, markets and more. We highly recommend this condo.

Staff was available downstairs for check in. The sheets for the futon were stained and worn thin and looked unappealing to sleep on. Bed sheets were fine. The blanket for the futon was insufficient and a worn out throw. The patio was great and bed was comfortable. The laundry facility was fine you can buy dryer sheets and detergent at the 6th floor shop.

Location, location!!

Great property! Comfy bed, no noise from other guests. The tub was slow to drain, and the towel bar needed to be tightened , but other wise a great place and price. Would stay there again!

There’s an awesome view of the canal and city from the patio. The interior is decorated so adorable with Hawaiian art and all of the furniture is a warm wood design too. Can’t say anything bad about this rental!

The studio itself is set up very nicely utilizing its limited space! The patio has a great view of the canal and nearby mountains. It was very walkable to the Waikiki beach and had many dinings options close by. Would definitely want to stay at this property again!

Great location fir the money!

Property was nice. Not fancy by any means, but comfortable. Had everything we could possible have needed. Easy to book and check out. We suggest you use the bus system it was great once we learned the system and only six dollars there and back to where ever you might go.

Good price for convenient location

We were happy with this stay. The lanai was more spacious than we expected, and was very useful since our luggage and other stuff filled a lot of the interior room. The pool was much larger than we expected; and the hottub was also good. Waikiki is loud in general, but if that is where you want to stay, i’d recommend this property.

Highly recommended

Super clean. Location is perfect right next to the beach. It had a breakfast spot right in the lobby, a market on the 6th floor, 5 min from beach, laundry and pool.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: good location, good building, condo was well equipped with furniture and housekeeping items, clean, nice view of canal and mountains (and other hi-rises) from 16th floor. Good but expensive parking. WiFi was good. Cons: some items including TV and a floor lamp didn’t work. Toilet flush handle was broken I reported this but they weren’t fixed in the week we were there. Entry door had after-market security lock which once locked could not be opened except by a special procedure or tool. I had to figure this out since there were no instructions or tool; in the meantime we were locked in.

Great stay!

I’ve been to Waikiki many times and this trip was excellent. The condo is clean and as listed. The property has a great pool area with plenty of BBQ’s and a large Jacuzzi. The location is fantastic, close to everything you’d want/need.

Reviewer Comments: My rental did not happen we ended up cancelling when we found out the pool was under construction just as we were checking into our flight. We were told refund would not be a problem, but it was and still is. Very disappointed in this. As well as the fact that you are asking me for a review on somewhere you should know I didnt stay.
