Location, location, location!

Our newly updated 3 bedroom, 1 full bath ranch home is a great place to stay while in the Cleveland area. Located in the beautiful and quiet Westlake neighborhood. It's just minutes from the Cleveland Zoo, Crocker Park, downtown Cleveland and so much more! The backyard is spacious with a new patio deck and seating to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig Coffee maker while spending time with friends or family in the living room watching a movie on the Smart TV. All three bedrooms are spacious and will leave you well rested for whatever the day awaits! Towels, bed linens, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are just a few of the many essential items included in your stay. Whatever you need, this is the perfect home for business or pleasure.
** ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS** No smoking inside the property. Please see house rules. We look forward to hosting you!

Our favorite place to sysy while visiting familyin Avon. The house is very comfortable, with a quiet neighborhood. Jason is very accomodating and we always feel at home.

Great house, location, and neighborhood. Suited us well and had everything we needed. Like any house, some knit picking could be done, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again. Host was nice and reached out several hours before check-in to let us know the house was available early.

Well equipped home in a nice neighborhood. I had my dog with me and he settled in nicely. Some of the furniture and rugs are starting to get a little tired. But all was great otherwise.

Second stay and will book again

This was our second stay at this property and hope to book next time we visit the area. The home is as pictured, clean and comfortable. Great location on a quiet street. Host was very quick to respond when we had a question.

Quiet neighborhood. House very clean. The host responded quickly when we had trouble with the WIFI. The kids enjoyed the friendly cat that visited from across the street.

Perfect little house for what we needed.

We were in the area for work so we chose this house to stay in so that our guys could feel more at home while they are away on the road. Everything is as advertised very nice property. Excellent communication with host. We will stay here again.

Cute, comfy house in a quiet, convenient neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in Jason’s house. It had every convenience we needed, with lots of sentimental charm. The house is cozy, and the neighborhood quiet. Daily visits by deer and bunnies added to the charm. Jason is a very responsive host. He responds quickly. He even helped us tack on an extra day at the end of our stay. We highly recommend Jason’s house!

Would gladly stay again

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and well presented, it was close to the Zoo, Science Center, and other attractions while visiting family.
