We work with all of the major Insurance companies as well as most of the Temporary Housing providers. If you’ve been displaced due to an insurance claim, we are very familiar with the process and would be happy to work with these agencies to get you into the home as quickly and easily as possible.
Our minimum stay is 3 days and there is no maximum stay. To avoid Hotel Occupancy Taxes, you must book for 30 days or more. Understanding that plans may change, we will work with you to help ensure you can extend your stay until you are ready to leave. Need more room? For larger groups, you can rent our adjacent 3‑bedroom guest house (available for an additional fee), which sleeps up to 11 people. When booked together, both homes offer exclusive access between them—ideal for families or friends traveling together.
