Spacious Studio/Spectacular Ocean View/Pool/Gym

This spacious studio at the Royal Kahana is zoned as a hotel property which means it is not affected by the possible apartment zoned legislation being considered by the Maui city council. It opens up to a large lanai with full ocean views. Enjoy sunsets with a cold drink seated at the pub table on the lanai or in a comfy lounge chair next to the pool. With recent updates, this beautiful condo will provide a fresh and relaxing environment for your next Maui Vacation.

This bright unit got a much-needed facelift including new flooring, fresh paint, a new kitchen island, an under-the-sink water filtration system, and new artwork.

Sleeps 3 with a King Size Bed and Twin Size Sofa Bed.
There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Full Kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, sink w/ garbage disposal, under-the-sink three-step water filtration system, large kitchen island with bar stools
The Kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, flatware, cookware, etc.

Also included is a washer & dryer, blow-dryer, iron & ironing board.
Large Closet

Beach towels, sand chairs, and an ice chest also provided

Full ocean view from the large lanai. Views of Moloka'i and summer sunsets.
Pub Table on Lanai.

Enjoy a full ocean view from the pool area. Includes Lounge Chairs, Several BBQs, Shuffle Board, Ping Pong, Large Grass Area.

**Parking**
On-site parking is available. The building association charges $18 plus tax per day. Limited street parking is available.

For those who wish to take the bus, we have a bus stop located just a few yards south of the front of the resort. The bus will take you South to Kaanapali and Lahaina or North to Napili and Kapalua.

The room itself and all that came with it was wonderful! Perfect size, everything we needed was provided, pool and grounds were terrific. The location outside of the resort left something to be desired. Thankfully Captain Jack’s was next door, otherwise there isn’t much nearby to eat if you’re not planning to cook. You need to walk or bus/uber to get to anything else. Okay for us two older folks but if you’re a family it could be a bit harder. Host was gracious, room was comfortable, sounds of the ocean just outside the door.

Beach view was beautiful. Room was spotless. Nice having washer and dryer. Decorated beautifully. Bed was very comfortable!! Nice location. Plenty of room for two. Only disadvantage was no dishwasher. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. Lanai had everything we needed for beach(beach chairs and a cooler) Didn’t use the bbq on lanai but it’s nice to have. Loved the binoculars and spotting score in the room. Used them a lot! We loved our stay at this property! It was very clean and perfectly located for exploring Maui. Everything we needed was provided—the kitchen was well-stocked, and the space felt welcoming and easy to settle into.The view was absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening special. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed, so it never felt like an issue.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we’d happily return on our next trip to Maui!

Great place and location!

I had a great stay. Perfect quiet location with easy access to the beach and a short drive to Lahaina. The room had a nice view and was well equipped with everything you need for a Hawaiian vacation.

We arrived the day before the first Kona storm. First off let me say the unit was as advertised. Very nice with great view and everything you would need was there. When we arrived we terrible cell service at the hotel so I couldnt retrieve the email with the door code to get in the room(my fault shoulda printed the email before coming). The staff at the hotel said they could not help me even though I had the confirmation info. I had to leave and drive up the hill to where I finally was able to upload it. I reached out to the host and they also immediately responded back with the code. All the amenities, pool, gym were closed during the stay. We luckily were on the north side of the complex so when the storm hit with monsoon rain and 70 mph winds we were able to watch the storm from our room. Rooms on the other side had water coming in around the sliding doors and ended up with flooded flooring. We had to keep the slider open alittle because the whistling from the wind sounded like a jet engine. We stopped and bought food and drinks at Costco and glad we did. Everything was closed and rain and wind were too dangerous to go out in and flooding around the hotel was crazy. This particular room kept us comfortable and made a bad situation better. Definitely would like to come back when we can enjoy what we usually come to maui for. The only down side to the property is there is no food onsite, pool is very tiny and no beach out front.

Perfect stay

This condo was on the 6th floor with great views! It was perfect for my husband and I. While there was some work on the building during weekdays, it was no problem for us. We especially loved that there was an awesome sushi place right across the street (MisoPhat) and spent a couple of afternoon/eves snorkeling and watching the sunset at Kahekili Beach. Amazing and so close- short drive.with ample parking! Check in and out was super simple! Love that!! Great stay!

The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location with easy access to great walkable dining and snorkeling at Honolua Bay. I came for a medical conference and was very glad I was not staying at one of the big hotel resorts. The washer, dryer and kitchen were great and the ocean view from the lanai is even better than the pictures. We are already planning our trip back and would love to book this condo again.

Loved it!

This place was very clean. I could walk to a coffee shop, grocery store, beach, and restaurants which was really nice since I didn’t rent a car. The host provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do so I wasn’t completely lost. I would book again!

Great condo, great location and clean!

Beautiful view of ocean and watched whales jumping from the covered patio. Main living space is nicely furnished with a comfy bed. Has a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a nicely equipped kitchen. Owners were very responsive to questions. If I come back to Maui, I would stay here again.

Relaxing

As the pictures shown by the owner is what you get. The condo is setup perfectly for either 2/3 people. Spend lots of time out on the balcony, favourite thing to do is watch for whales or paddle boarders floating by. The owner is wonderful to deal with. Did visit Dollies twice, love their pizza, and did check out next door Captain Jacks which was very nice too. Pork quesadillas were delicious.

Clean/Spectacular View in Paradise

This was our first time in Maui/Hawaii. The condo was exceptionally clean and was very well stocked. LOVED the washer/dryer combo as we were traveling for two weeks. The view was better in person than in the pictures. The staff at the front reception area were super nice and very accommodating. Kimberly the host was great about getting back to us when we had questions. This is a great place and I would definitely stay here again if I ever get back to Maui. 5 Stars all the way around..
