Bedroom One: Main Floor | King Bed
Bedroom Two: Main Floor | King Bed
Bedroom Three: Second Level | King Bed
Bedroom Four: Second Level | Two Queen Beds

Bathroom One: Main Floor | Full Bath with bathtub and shower
Bathroom Two: Second Level | Full Bath with shower only
Each bathroom is equipped with fresh towels, soaps, shampoos and conditioners, and hair dryers.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals.

Outdoor Space: A spacious deck with several different seating areas and a BBQ grill, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the breathtaking sunrise over the lake. Our space includes a fire pit for evening gatherings and direct access to the lake for boating, swimming, and kayaking.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire cottage and all outdoor areas, including a mooring for your watercraft. We provide kayaks and a paddleboard for your enjoyment.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken.
No pets, no exceptions.

PARKING/RENTALS
Parking is available for 5 vehicles. They must be parked in the driveway and off the road at all times. Trailer parking available nearby for a daily rate.

DOCK
You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond the dock is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves can pick up quick, please be cognizant of your boat and remove from the water if winds are above 15 mph. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues.

Township ordinance requires quiet time from 10pm to 8am.

No parties & gatherings should be limited to 10 people total unless you have prior approval from property manager.

Please take care of rental as you would your own home and follow check out instructions in guest handbook.
