This newly constructed property brings chic, low-maintenance living to the heart of the Arts District in Annapolis.

No parties, events, or large gatherings!

The week-long stay discount is 20%!
The month-long stay discount is 40%!

Pets are $100 per stay!

We would be happy to accommodate flexible check-in and check-out times if available!

The space:
The property is an elegant, two-bedroom corner residence with a highly coveted formal foyer. The kitchen, featuring an accent island with storage, opens directly into the living space for optimal entertaining flow. With walk-in closets in both bedrooms, a large foyer closet, and ample kitchen cabinetry, the Royal maximizes usable space at every turn. The covered balcony allows for a refreshing indoor-outdoor entertaining space that is perfect for a quiet afternoon or an al fresco dinner.
Guest access:
Annapolis is a very accessible city! Most destinations will be within walking distance of the property. There is also free public transportation called the Circulator. This trolley is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
Other things to note
This is our first home! We are working toward creating multiple VRBO listings for our guests to enjoy all over the country (and possibly even the world). Thank you for helping us on our journey toward accomplishing our dreams.

The unit has a Ring video doorbell. This is not actively monitored but may be reviewed if there are concerns during the stay. Guests must comply with the number of guests, party, pet, and smoking policies.

A local cleaning team from the area professionally cleans the unit!

We stayed a month in this condo. It is a great location and we walked to everything downtown. Condo looks just like pictures. Great restaurants around condo and downtown! Best restaurant for crab cakes was Boatyard Bar and Grill in Eastport! Our only issue in condo was that it had a Nespresso coffee machine (we’re not fans of Nespresso) so we ended up buying a cheap coffee pot for our use! Would definitely rent again!

We absolutely loved the location of our condo and would 100% stay again! Top notch cleanliness, coziness and even extra added touches of helpful amenities within the condo made us feel so welcome! Perfect Location!

We had the best weekend visiting our son at the Naval Academy. This condo was absolutely perfect for what we needed and where we needed to be located. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our quick getaway. We will surely stay here again!

Annapolis winter getaway

We love walking around exploring historic downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy, this condo was the perfect location to do so. Very modern unit with all the comforts, very quiet building. Inside parking space was a big bonus, especially during winter weather!
