Escape to The Wildflower Cabin! Experience the beautiful Redwood Coast from our cabin nestled on 2.5 acres of redwood forest. Centrally located minutes from town, beaches, and Cal Poly Humboldt. Wake up to panoramic views and vaulted pine ceilings. Explore the property's winding paths, spark some friendly competition in our game room, or relax with a soak in the hot tub before sharing stories of your day's adventures, around the firepit.

Our charming cabin features 3 cozy bedrooms, a loft, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and spacious living areas. With large decks and breathtaking views in every direction, it's perfect for entertaining or relaxing with loved ones. The cabin is thoughtfully designed with unique touches including a hammered copper kitchen sink, clawfoot tub, and handmade chandelier. You'll appreciate the Wolf stove while preparing your own masterpieces, and the Weber barbecue for summer evening grilling. If dining out is on the menu, Eureka and Arcata offer many of amazing restaurants, both just under 15 minutes away. Clean, comfortable, and inviting, our cabin is the perfect escape.

Pets are welcome: A $40 non-refundable pet fee will be assessed after reservation is made if pets accompany guests. Guest is required to clean up after their pets, including pet hair and disposing of pet waste appropriately. If pet waste, stains, or excessive hair is noted upon Check-Out Inspection guest agrees to pay additional cleaning fees up to the amount necessary to return the property to its original condition. No pets on furniture or beds. Please do not allow pet loose off of the property. All damage must be reported to Owner prior to Check-out Inspection. No cats, birds, or exotic animals are permitted. Please do not leave pet unattended in home or yard, and do not allow pet to bark excessively or otherwise disturb neighbors. Thank you!

This was an amazing property! It was perfect for a family trip - plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was the best equipped of any place we've ever rented - lots of nice cookware, dishes and other kitchen necessities. And the Wolf range was great - and clean! The kids loved the hot tub and also the huge copper tub in the downstairs bathroom. The game room was also a huge hit. We would definitely rent this place again.

If you enjoy the quiet and senerity of the redwoods, this is the place!! It's beautiful and feels like home the moment you walk in. A couple of things folks should know, the driveway is super steep, like maybe a 35% grade ( San Francisco hill type steep). We hosted my dad's celebration of life there and it accommodated a gathering of around 40 people which was fantastic. Everyone car polled but we still had about 12 vehicles and it was a tight squeeze but it worked. Lots of spices and cupboard stuff that was very helpful. And we left a couple of things that we felt it needed, a cheese grater, zip lock baggies and some disposable plates. I also read in the notes that it was within walking distance to the beach which it is not. But nonetheless, it was gorgeous, warm and inviting. The tub in the downstairs bathroom is amazing! I would surely stay again. Bring firewood & bubble bath. And there is an air hockey table in the garage, it needs pucks.

Great place, responsive host, secluded location, close to the zoo and other places of interest.One last thing, a word of caution: the driveway up to the house is long, curvy, and STEEP. Try not to arrive to do it the first time after dark like we had to do.

Loved the house, amenities and feeling of solitude. Additional seating in living room would be nice like a sectional. A pull out couch and spare set of sheets be nice too for larger families. Weather was great for hot tub and fire pit.id totally recommend it. Thanks.

NEGATIVES:-NO SCREEENS. No air conditioning is fine due to weather, but in June we opened windows & had MANY BUGS sharing our space! Also, many windows had broken locks/cranksnot functional.-GAME ROOM STINKS. We have a dog indoors so we are used that, but the detached game room smelled like an animal was kept there long term & went to the bathroom there. We did not use the game room because of it!-ONLY ONE SHOWER. The description of the main floor bathroom says "tub toilet shower only". Picture shows a tub with a sprayer. With the words "shower only" listed for this bathroom, I felt it was safe to believe there was a separate shower stall, but there was not. A handsprayer on a tub is not a shower!-MOLDY FLOOR UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. I understand the location is a damp rainforest, but having visible mold on the entire bathroom floor space outside the shower-UNACCEPTABLE.-Cluttered drawers/shelves throughout...minor issue but does detract from relaxation.-Floor mattresses were in a locked closet. I was able to text with the owner to learn there was a key I could use to access them but key wasn't where it belonged so I had to hunt for it.-Broken coffee grinder. POSITIVESClean beds, great cookware, hot tub, redwoods in the yard, wifi, outside of town/peaceful, near Redwood Natl Park.We appreciate that we were able to check out one day early & get 1 day refund. This place could be great with some work. RENTERS DESERVE THESE ACCURATE DETAILS OF CABIN.

Wonderful peaceful cabin

The cabin was gorgeous and in great condition. The kids had a great time playing in the game room and the views out of the windows were so beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and if we’re ever back in the area would definitely consider staying there again!

Magic cabin stay

We drove from Corpus Christi Texas to meet family who drove from Pasco warshington, we all agree the drive was well worth it!! This cabin, location and the hosts are terrific, we have only thanks and praise for our stay!! Five star recommendations!! Beyond happy!!

Great location

Amazing property. A few items were in need of repair, but overall it was a great place to make home base for our family adventures... for both beach days and big tree days. Love, love, love this house and property. FYI, the driveway is very steep and the road in is a bit rough. Okay with our Rav 4 rental.

Beautiful property

It’s a beautiful property. We were there during a a severe rainstorm and it was cold. We had to use the fireplace consistently to stay warm and we ran out of hot water a few times. Otherwise enjoyed the place. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond.

Beautiful Quiet Surrounded by Trees

A little rocky checking in due to an unexpected mixup with housekeeping. The managers helped sort it out and the rest of the week was peaceful and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the sound of wolves singing at night, calling to each other across the darkness.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wildflower Cabin. The place was clean, lots of fresh towels and nestled in a lovely location. The hot tub is very nice and we enjoyed the fire pit. One room was quite small and very warm. There were six of us and while the tub is lovely, we would have preferred another shower. Living in the Redwoods

If you've ever wanted to live surrounded by redwoods this is the place for you. This extremely comfortable, well-appointed, and architecturally stunning "cabin" is well-worth the rather hefty rental rate. There are so many windows, each with an incredible view of the redwoods, that the outside totally merges with the inside.. It was like backpacking in the redwoods, only much more comfortable! If you want to splurge and stay in a place of unforgettable beauty, both inside and out, this is the place to go.

For over 30 years, Keith and I have been exploring the Redwood Coast and are still in awe of the beauty of the surrounding redwood forest. Our cabin is nestled on 2.5 acres of wooded hills that offer a wonderful balance of seclusion and access to all the amenities Humboldt County has to offer.

While it feels remote, the closest grocer is only 7 minutes away, and all other amenities are within a 15-minute drive. As you drive from the suburbs of Eureka, through the picturesque pasturelands of Ryan Slough, and past large rural properties, you'll be struck by the beauty of our neighborhood. We invite you to come and experience the unique charm and natural beauty of Eureka and the surrounding Redwood Coast.
