The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Le Lavandou, this charming 67 m² air-conditioned flat with mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 33 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi included and all rooms air-conditioned, we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 33 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds joined to make a double bed (160x200).
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (80x200) that can be brought together to make a double bed (160x200).
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 9 m² west-facing terrace overlooking the garden, with furniture and a pergola to enjoy the fine weather.
There is a busy road nearby, and noise pollution may be noticeable outside during the day in high season (July-August).
The flat is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
Activities :
- Water sports (boat, paddle, water skiing, parasailing, diving, swimming).
- Visit the Golden Islands and the coast as far as St Tropez.
- Very pleasant cycle path.
- Walks along the coastal path...
- Little train to visit the coast.
- Le Lavandou public beach 800 m from accommodation.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's private car park (one space). A sheltered parking space is also available.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Hyères 22 km (26 min by car), Toulon 40 km (42 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères 22 km away (26 min by car)
- Bus station: Lavandou 230 m away (3 min walk)
- Buses to Bormes-les-Mimosas and coastal towns.
Other remarks :
- The terrace is located near a busy road, noise pollution may be noticeable outside during the day.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
