You will spend a lot of time on the lovely patio, dining outside or just lounging in the outdoor living room area. Just inside this wall of glass is the main living area with comfortable furniture around the decorative fireplace, all open to a hip dining area, home office and a den with flat screen TV, mini library, and large wet bar.

Two Comfortable King Beds will ensure a good nights sleep. The en suite Primary Bedroom features a large, classic Mid Century Modern step-down shower, generous walk-in closet, and sliding patio doors providing lots of light and a nice view of Quintessential Mt. San Jacinto above the architectural breeze block design. The Guest King Bedroom opens onto a good-sized private Terrace with a seating area for two, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Both bedrooms feature large SmartTVs on the wall, ready to stream your favorite shows.

There is a large home office desk integrated into the large Living Room; complete with monitor and keyboard.

Private washer/dryer is located off the covered patio.

Convenient covered parking that's dedicated to this unit is nearly right outside your back patio door. This unit and complex is Dog-Friendly. $150 per Dog Fee applies. Certain breeds may be excluded due to insurance or HOA restrictions.

Guests will be required to pay for any excess electric utility usage during their stay beyond an allowed $300/month expense.
