This property is nestled in the quiet Indian Canyons community located just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. OPTIONAL FEES
A utility deposit is collected for gas and electricity and the amount is based on the length of stay. We provide a monthly allowance for utilities. The actual charges above the allowance are deducted from the utility deposit and the remainder returned to the guest.
