ROSE Holidays offers you this charming apartment renovated with taste, nestled on the 2nd and top floor of a small quiet residence (without a lift), in the sought-after Tanchet neighbourhood.

Capacity: up to 4 people.



33 m² apartment, bright and functional, with terrace overlooking the lake and sea.

• Living room opening onto a west-facing balcony-terrace with garden furniture.

🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

• Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
