Sandy Bottoms! Minutes to Frank Brown & Pier Park

This is the perfect place to relax your Sandy Bottoms after a long day at the beach or exploring all that Panama City Beach has to offer. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with more than enough storage to pack you bags away, and feel at home. No stairs or elevators! Main bedroom has attached bathroom with walk in shower.
There is a play area just outside the front door where kids can play and still be close to home! The communal pool is also a few steps away.

The This condo is centrally located, and a short drive to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and many other amusement locations including all of the local places to eat. The public beach access is about a 5-minute drive, or a 20-minute walk if you feel up to it.
Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.
1 parking pass is included in your rental rate. Additional passes are $15 each. Please let me know ahead of time as you don't want to be towed.
Wristbands must be worn in the pool area by anyone over the age of 12. Lost wristbands will be charged $30 each

I am easily reachable through the messaging system. Once booked you will have my direct contact for emergency situations.

Walk to breakfast or dinner, even the beach. A short drive to Pier Park, restaurants, water sports, and many amusement options!

Driving is the option to access Pier Park facilities, and parking your vehicle should not be an issue. At times, Back Beach Road can be congested and slow moving. A map is in the home of easier ways to maneuver around traffic.

The pool is closed from November 1 until March

Absolutely amazing!!!

The owners, and this property were absolutely amazing. Could not have asked for a better home away from home. The kids loved that the park was literally out the front door, and the pool was right thede too. We loved it and will be back.

The place was sufficiently clean, there wasn’t a large enough pot to cook dinner but the host bought a set of pots and pans and delivered it the day after I contacted her. There was alcohol left in the fridge from the previous renters and condiments. There was also a can of condensed milk that expired in 2015 in the cabinet. The dishes were all plastic, not enough utensils but we were ok with washing and reusing. The playground being right in front of the front door was nice and the pool was pleasant.

Great stay for thunder beach.

Apartment was clean. It is in the great location if you are traveling for thunder beach bike rally. We had a great time .

Great accommodations

This place was very nice and clean. The home was inviting and had all the essentials needed. Had an awesome playground for the little one to play on and the pool was nice after being at the hot beach.
