The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was convenient for took the grandkids on vacation and plenty of room for them to sleep and they enjoyed the swimming pool and we were close to the beach as well.

Nice stay here

The condo was nice and clean. Having the pool right next door was a definite plus, too. The bed in the master was so comfy. We had a nice family vacay here. It wasn't too far from the beach, and also the Mexico Beach Market was right down the road.

Great place. Loved it. Only two complaints is the master bed is super tall. We used a cooler for my wife to step up on to get on the bed and the second issue is the back door frame leaks water above the door. The frame had water seeping through the top and was soaking the kitchen floor. Don’t know if that’s been reported yet but definitely needs to be looked at. This place is amazing and definitely worth it.

Great place

Great place and absolutely loved it. Only complaints is the master bed is way too high. We used a cooler for my wife to be able to get into the bed. Used it like a step stool. The other issue was the back door in the kitchen leaks water out the top of it. When it rained hard the top of the door frame had water pouring in. We had to use towels to dry the floor. Not sure if anyone has reported that yet. Other than those two things this place is absolutely worth staying at. We loved it.

How to have fun with out wifi

With this home the furniture in the living room was really out dated and had food in them. However the bed in the main bedroom WAS AMAZING to sleep on- seriously. The upstairs beds were also great. We brought our own Keurig and AirFryer so that helped but not having the tv was good because it gave us more time to bond.

Good location. Walking distance to beach. Very nice, but the back needs to cleaned up. not very nice to enjoy morning coffee. The upstairs bathroom tub did not drain properly. Frying pan and pots ere dirty. Had to purchase a usable frying pan which We left there. Overall a nice stay. I would stay again.

Clean beautiful facility very close to the pool.

Reasonable kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Very close to the pool. Plenty of room for our 8 person family. 5 minute drive from the beach. 10 minutes from Port St. Joe. 30 minutes from Panama city.

Close to the Beach!!!

PROS: Property is in a great location - other people in the neighborhood were nice. Pool is perfect! TONS of towels, extra blankets and toilet paper - all kitchen supplies were there, so that was a bonus! Hot water was hot - great for a shower after a day at the beach! Dishwasher/washer/dryer was a nice touch. CONS: Back yard is dismal - not clean. Back door wouldn't stay shut w/o locking dead bolt. Frig leaked. Master bedroom door couldn't close. Bring your OWN pillow. Maybe they could do a little upgrade to the pillows and mattresses. Upstairs bedrooms have outside night lights shining in window...not good sleeping! HOWEVER: I wasn't even done with the phone call for customer service and the property manager showed up. He took care of everything! Gave me his personal cell number should there be any problems after he left! GREAT SERVICE!!!! We enjoyed our stay at Paradise in the Palms!

Nice house

The stay here was excellent. The only complaint I have is to clean the back yard. It needed to be raked up and cleaned out. Luckily we didn’t spend much time out there, but as for the house itself it was everything we needed and would def stay again

Beautiful Vacation Home

This home is located close to the beach and main highway but far enough away in a nice quiet location. Plenty of room for all our bags and belongings. The yard is small but who cares because your there for the beach down the street.
