Welcome to our the Magnolia, nestled on 2 acres amongst mature oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. Our 4BR-2BA ranch is freshly furnished with modern touches for the utmost comfort. With 2 king beds, and two twins (each with a separate trundle) our home is perfect for a large family or a smaller group that enjoys extra space.

LOCATION:
Located in the southwest corner of Ocala, we are just 7 miles from SR-40 entrance to World Equestrian Center and 11 miles to Rainbow River. We love the vast wildlife and outdoor activities that surround the area-Rainbow springs, nature coast, and the Ocala National Forest.

THE HOUSE:
You’ll enter the front door into a large great room with vaulted ceilings. There is a cozy spot to watch TV on our 65” OLED or stream music on the Sonos Arc soundbar. A new leather sofa and love seat are a great place to kick back.

At the back end of the great room is our 8-top dining room table, perfect for large family dinners.

Enter through double doors to the spacious master bedroom en suite. The centerpiece is a king platform bed (new ‘Avocado’ mattress, with 9 inches of organic latex, plus organic cotton). On each side of the bed are reading lights and matching night stand shelves. A 50” Smart TV rests above the desk. If you are an early riser, step outside your private door to the patio area and enjoy the sunrise.
The attached master bathroom has dual lavatories, a sizable walk in shower and corner soaking tub.

The front bonus bedroom offers another king bed with new ‘Avocado’ organic latex mattress, premium cotton sheets and 4 plush pillows.

Our kitchen is furnished with new granite counter tops, stainless appliances, double oven, pots, pans, utensils, blender, and more for cooking any of your favorite dishes.

We have a small breakfast nook off the kitchen; a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a complimentary coffee/ tea bar with Keurig, coffee grinder, French press and hot water kettle.

On the west side of the home are two bedrooms with single beds. For additional accommodations trundle beds slide out from each twin bed.

Between the two west bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub/ shower combo.

The laundry room is equipped with a new Whirlpool washer (top loader) and dryer and utility sink available for guests. Fragrant free detergent is provided in this Load & Go washer.

On the back of the house, accessible from the great room or master bedroom is a lanai (screen porch) with wicker seating and string lights. Beyond the lanai is a paver patio with table/ chairs and charcoal grill.

RV/ Trailer parking is available with 30 amp electric and water hookups. Sewer hookups not available. RV/ Camper guests count towards overall number of guests on the property.

Wifi connection is through Starlink Satelite internet. Speeds are generally good, but may fluctuate during storms or peak hours.
