気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
I was in conversation yesterday when I arrived at the hotel and there was no recognition of my booking .The power was failing on the island so while I was chatting to the virtual assistant the conversation kept falling in and out then she was going to put me through to claim the money back but the conversation ended.I turned up and the hotel had no room for me it was totally full and the manager said he had no recognition of my booking and the hotel doesn’t deal with Vrbo.So it was getting late and had to source another hotel .So I didn’t get to stay there and had to pay for another hotel .So I was going to wait till I get back to contact Vrbo and claim my full fee and really the fee for the other hotel.I will be contacting bro on my return ,you should be able to see my virtual conversation on your system
