Located in Les Sables d'Olonne, in the historic district of La Chaume, L'Instant Chaumois has been completely renovated to become a place of plenitude.

In the immediate vicinity of the wild coast, 500m from Villa Charlotte, the market, small intimate coves, restaurants and the legendary Vendée Globe channel....

- The large bedroom with its foldaway bed, allowing you to benefit from a duo massage service organized by us (at an additional cost, to be reserved as soon as possible).

As a couple, with family or friends, come and recharge your batteries in this zen accommodation of 70m², completely renovated and classified 5* in Furnished Tourism for 2 people.

The independent entrance makes the place intimate. Go down a few steps and access a private terrace with garden furniture for a sunny aperitif.

Inside the accommodation you will find:

- 1 fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, l'Or barista coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) and its dining area.

Security deposit?

A deposit via credit card imprint is requested before arrival, and canceled 14 days after departure if no damage is noted. No debit for the imprint or reaching your credit card limit. Safely.
