This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath home offers 2400 square feet of convenient living, fully equipped for up to 10 guests, top quality furnishings, full-service use kitchen, patio / deck, grill, attached garage, and high speed Wi-Fi internet. A short trip to downtown St. Joseph, across the street (a 10 minute walk) from Jean Klock Park / Beach. Enjoy the beautiful sunset over Lake Michigan, hit the walking / bike trails, kayaking, wineries & breweries and of course WORLD CLASS GOLF... and unobstructed views of hole #6.

Great Place for a Family Stay

Our family has been staying here for a few years. Great location, great house, modern, clean, near walking paths and a short walk to the beach. Host is very responsive, and we love having family coffee time on the beautiful front porch every morning.

Great house

We definitely would stay in this house again. It was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, bedding and blankets. The Roku TVs were nice as well as the keyless entry. The location is perfect….the river, the beach, downtown St. Joe…so convenient. I highly recommend.

Perfect Wedding Weekend Getaway

This house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly met our needs. We traveled with four families (two couples plus two families with one toddler each) and we had plenty of room for the kids to play around both inside and at the nearby beach. It was easily accessible to downtown Saint Jo and even had beach toys and a wagon.10/10 recommend and would book again.

Great place to stay for family wedding in St. Joe

Super clean and well equipped for a 4-day stay for 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants (we brought our own portable cribs and booster seats). Very close to downtown St. Joe and all it has to offer as well as a great beach at Jean Klock park. Would definitely rent again.

Beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and appreciated all the beach toys, bikes, and board games provided. The kitchen was nicely stocked too.

Wedding weekend

The property exceeded our expectations! Host was very attentive and responsive prior to checkin. VERY CLEAN and well maintained. We took advantage of the bikes proved to explore. Easy ride to town and beach. Hope to stay there again in the future!

What a great place!

My husband and I got married in Benton Harbor yesterday. I chose this house as the location for my bridal party and I to get ready. What a clean, bright, beautiful home! Perfect for my girls and I to stay at the night before, and to have our hair and makeup done on the day of the wedding. Highly recommended!

Our favorite mini getaway spot!

We love staying at this home! They have everything you need for a mini getaway and it feels like our home away from home! Always clean, always comfortable and it's the perfect location for all the things you want to do in St. Joe. Can't wait to come back in the summer!

Perfect location and great property

We loved the close proximity to the beach and downtown. Everything we needed for the beach was available. The house had great spaces for our 8 adults and 1 baby and had everything we needed to even make meals at home. The house was very clean and kept up very well. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We would definately stay again!

Super convenient quiet location

Very spacious stocked with everything great linens nice porch garage very quiet. Could have a group sitting in the kitchen and a group sitting in the living room bedrooms were very nice bathrooms for everyone. No one had to wait for showers.

Best place for vacation

It was the perfect place for two families to spend vacation. It was a place where there was no shortage of anything that was clean and equipped with everything. It was a place I would like to use again on my next vacation.
